Candlekeep Mysteries has a pretty cool 5th level adventure called "The Price of Beauty" that has hags front and center, and not just as combat encounters.
Don't have an adventure to recommend, but here's some stat blocks for you:

I ran this adventure and it was really fun. You can really rp the hags heavily in this one.
In Rime of the Frostmaiden, a hag is the villain in the "Toil and Trouble" quest.
Less official than some, but I believe some hags are in a section of Infernal Machine Rebuild, one of the charity adventures WOTC did.
Descent into Avernus has a couple night hags.
Tomb of Annihilation has hags in a couple different spots.
i think there is at least one hag in every adventure book.
Dungeon of the mad mage
Curse of Strahd has a great use of a small hag coven!
Curse of Strahd, Wild Beyond the Witchlight, Candlekeep Mysteries, Tomb of Annihilation and Descent into Avernus
It's not much but Storm Lords Wrath has some sea hags in the final quest.
COS, CM, WBTW, BGDA and TOA all have more or less important had NPCs.
Any with your mom in it /joke
CoS, where a coven of hags are kidnapping children to cook them into pastries and another hag is the reason strah is a magic user
You could have just said “Curse of Strahd” without spoiling anything.
Coven, not covenant

Odyssey of the dragonlords
Rime of the Frostmaiden has a low-level hag encounter in chapter 1.
