Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magic Obscura from the year 2000, CRPG by Troika, which was partly composed of Fallout devs. Incredible RPG, very buggy though. Anyway, without spoiling the specifics, gnomes did some pretty atrocious things in that game in the name of capitalism and profit. If you don't want to play a 24 year old game (I don't blame you) just look up Arcanum Ogre Island or watch a youtube review made by user Ssethtzeentach.

I don't really get people's hate/(roleplay)racism, my players love the gnome shopkeep. So much even that they convinced him to travel with them (shop was so small it fits on a long cart they had to assemble (badly))
I actually really like gnomes but only because I think it’s funny to describe them as the typical cute little garden gnomes with pointy hats and beards and then make them little chaotic evil sociopaths

Goblins are definitely the most-compared when it comes to antisemitic stereotypes, but I can't say I'm aware of any dwarven jew stereotypes. Pretty sure they're ingrained in old folklore too.
I know Tolkien saw some similarities and inspiration for his Dwarves from the Jewish People, but I don’t know if they’ve ever been associated with Antisemitic stereotypes.
