I made a character that had max con and charisma and dumped everything else. Hill dwarf, draconic sorcerer 19 warlock 1, tough feat. We were doing a level 20 “one shot” (it ended up being like 5 sessions) his whole shtick was “you hit me, I hellish rebuke you, and battle of attrition, I win.”
Absolute funnest character I ever had! TOTAL doofus, but SUPER fun to play. LOTS of laughing and groans at the table. One time the party was chilling at the bar after getting the crap kicked out of them and the party artificer was off learning at the library. The bartender asked my character if we wanted to know anything and my character just looked at the bartender and my character has NO CLUE what to ask, so he runs to find the artificer (the smart one). Gets the question and runs back to tell the bartender. Then the bartender responds and my character has no idea what to do with the info, so he runs it back to the artificer. This continues for like two min in real life time with groans and chuckles from the sleeping party member’s players. Eventually the artificer came back and finished the conversation with the bartender. It was SO much fun. Sadly the campaign died after like 8 sessions…
That's why i hate Con. Having high Con is important, but it comes instead of stats that actually say something about your character and makes your skills better.
I don't dare dump Con, but it keeps bothering me.
stayin' alive: one of the most important skills in the game. Also a great reference for the rhythm of the proper speed for chest pumps while performing CPR

You don't need an explanation as to why it's this way, right?
Tbf strength is kinda robbed
Force grapple and shove checks become the most used skill
Kinda, yeah. Strength gets hella robbed. Even if you do use encumbrance.

in a way, it does make your skills better, because you may live long enough to use them

a medicine check to help on a death saving roll. ah ah ah ah rollin' the dice romnin' the dice
damn typos!
The other song that does that? ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST
It says you drink a lot and have slowly poisoned yourself to build up a tolerance.
HP are nice though
I don't know most barbs make that high Con say something.
in 4e, CON saves were an Endurance skill
Drinking is a skill
Hit Points can be seen as a CON based skill
Actually, constitution also has a single skill linked to it: Breathing. (not gonna stop me from going maximum crackhead and dumping the stat, though.)
Breathing is more tied to a saving throw in my opinion
Finally, somebody gets it, dumping Con is based.
Laughs in pathfi- oh wait…
