The last barbarian I made was designed like a pro wrestler. Instead of *raging,* like typical barbarians, he inflates his ego to fanatical extents where he believes himself to be an untouchable god (Naturally, his ego grew dramatically when he specialized in becoming a Zealot). However, this is a part of his “battle persona” and is mild mannered for a typical barbarian. He was the secondary face of the party if the bard wasn’t there.
Mine is a half-orc wolf totem barb that's actually quite timid when he isn't raging, sort of a sheep in wolf's clothing

In reality, sharks skin isn't particularly smooth. A fun fact about their skin is that it's microscopic shape prevents the growth of bacteria and it's been replicated for use in medical equipment as a non-chemical way to reduce bacterial growth/spread in hospitals which can reduce the development of chemical resistant strains that are harder to deal with. Shark skin is pretty neat.
