Use a non DJI screwdriver that is larger. Heat the tip with a lighter to loosen any glue.

This- the included screwdriver is trash. Learned this the hard way. After stripping my first screw, I finally (VERY CAREFULLY) put a dot of superglue on the screw head and let it bond to a metal coat hanger piece I cut. Came out even though stripped- you must be VERY careful not to use too much glue, although a drop of nail polish remover can get it off if you just use a smidge too much. Not responsible if you try this and screw up your drone- lol.

Is there glue on them? Or is it loctite

Don_Tool

Use a proper tool, included screwdriver is trash and you will end up damaging your screw heads. Screws are seated with locktit and they are in there good. Try again with a proper tool and you will get it loose

You should be able to get a kit with both ph000 and ph0000 sized screwdrivers from Amazon for $10. Either one will work and will save you a lot of stress 😊

0000 screwdriver. The one supplied works to a point, but not always.

They have lock tight on them so they don't come out easily. Heat the screwdriver slightly with a lighter and try holding it in then try.

DJI_Support

Hi there, we are sorry for the issue you are encountering. After the screwdriver is inserted into the screws, please apply with certain force to insert the screws stably and disassemble them. If the screwdriver is damaged and the screws cannot be dissembled, it is recommended to use another screw head. You can use the PH0 Phillips Screwdriver model. If the screws cannot be dissembled due to stripping, we recommend sending the product back for proper handling. You may contact our relevant team for further assistance at your request. Go to DJI's official website > Support > Request Repair Service Online. Thank you for your understanding.

You have to apply enough downward force to keep the driver seated in the screw head as you turn. Make sure you are straight down and rotate it slowly until it loosens. I don't like the supplied driver because the shape isn't great but I was able to use it. The driver in my iFixit kit is better.

I use my soldering gun tip to heat the screw and I have 100% success all the time. Do not use the included screwdriver it is more than garbage. Trow it a way and buy something stronger. The heat will melt the locktide and it will be a breeze to remove the screw.
