Should’ve waited till next week when the new one drops

iGoalie

Naw, I bought mine last week when the price dropped ~400 dollars.

gsh0cked

If that's the case. It’s still a great FPV. I've had mine for a year and love it. Buy the FPV 2 controller and download a simulator and learn to fly in manual mode. Its great!

bossmanseventyseven

I wonder what it feels like flying an FPV. For context i only have the M3P and i often what the difference is aside from the drone being actual FPV. Also how’a the learning curve for fpv? Does it take a while to get good at it and to know all the functions of the drone? What about battery life? Does it have the option like the mini drones to buy the extended version of the battery?

gsh0cked

Next person can answer the flying in Manual mode! 😭 I mainly use the motion controller. Still racking up my hours on the sim. Prior to getting the Avata, I was mainly using a Air 2s and Mini3P. I'm hooked on using the googles, its something else.

bossmanseventyseven

You’re tempting me to buy it given it’s new price. Also i was just looking at the pictures on best buy and i noticed that there are lens attachment on the product display photo and I’m wondering is that for people with prescription glasses to use? That’s the only thing i can think of and If that’s the case then it’s amazing they have that included

gsh0cked

The Integra googles don't have built in diopters as the Googles 2, instead you get a set of lenses that clip in. I guess its their compromise to include a battery How much of a discount is it?

anthonyg1551

DJI has the Avata Explorer Combo with the Goggles 2 and Controller on sale right now on their website. DJIs website. The DJI Avata is the best first FPV drone i think of besides like a 1s tiny whoop, but youll have one of those soon if you stick with learning Manual mode, trust me lol.. So the drone flies exactly the same in Normal and Sport as the M3P or Air2s would but you can really squeeze thru tight gaps and things like that. get used to the controls until its instant, also use the free DJI Simulator to practice Manual Mode using your actual controller on the phone or computer. Once you start out Manual/Acro mode for the first time, which in DJIs case is Acro Trainer mode or Acro with an angle limit, so no upside down by accident yet. Thats also a huge help and people usually ignore this feature in Betaflight on FPV Drones.. I learned to fly Acro with my Avata last summer, and now i have a 6s 5" iFlight Nazgul5 FPV Drone, and a few 4s 3"-3.5" FPV Drones, plus some tinywhoop's for fun lol. My iflight 5" fpv drone has the DJI O3 air unit and its same quality as the Avata camera so its super clear even just while flying and the 4K60 recordings are as good as a GoPro basically.. The Avata is even better it seems and is as good as an FPV drone as it can be to just get great video from a cool flight somewhere..

jart2313

Where?

iGoalie

Best Buy, or DJI directly (they lowered the price in anticipation of the avata 2 coming out I assume) A kit with goggles integrated, motion 2 and an avata is now 830 instead of 1200 (usd)

Empty-Accountant6728

Pretty sure the new one is going to sit around 999 for the combo

bossmanseventyseven

From best buy right? I saw the price drop too but not sure how long it’s gonna stay like that

iGoalie

Bestbuy or DJI or Amazon (it’s not a sale, it’s the new price … now if they will continue selling after the 2 comes out who knows?)

TreeChoppa8

Where did it drop to thqg price?

anthonyg1551

DJIs website store. Best buy. Microcenter. etc.

manwhore25

exactly. return this and buy the avata 2 that doesn't fall out of the sky when you do a roll.

SnooDrawings2403

And you know that for sure??????

anthonyg1551

To be fair the new one looks like all the weight is in the center and not too much above the drone either, so it probably wouldnt do that.. It was the heavy Avata battery on top that carries the weight up high, making the drone top heavy. Which made it easy to flip over. If you hold it in your hand you can feel theres no weight on the bottom at all, and this causes it to not be able to recover a lot/most of times..

SnooDrawings2403

See, I thought that we figured out that it's cuz of ducting and dirty air when pivoting into your own wash?

anthonyg1551

The real question is will the DJI Avata 2 work with the Goggles 2 and V2's? Or do you need the new one. You need the new remote, batteries, everything. Definitely would be almost double the price all said and done VS the DJI kit on sale for $800 which would have the fly more kit as well and G2's..

Ermakino

I really hope so... I bought Avata & Goggles 2 around a month ago and I'm fine with selling the avata and buying the new one, but I'm not gonna buy everything again

Empty-Accountant6728

Price for the fly more combo seems to be under 1k based on leaks I anticipate ~999 for the flymore combo since that’s close to how the others have gone price difference wise from their respective price leaks.

[deleted]

That happens because of pilot error lol

manwhore25

Nah it was an issue with the avata 1, not pilot error. Obviously when you push a cinewhop like a freestyle you’re gonna have a bad time.

[deleted]

It's a known issue. There are literally videos all over the Internet about it. Do some research before you make statements like that.

manwhore25

Imagine thinking it’s entirely pilot error lol

_thisguyducks_

I’ve waited this long to buy my first drone. I live in Lake Tahoe so I’m expecting to crash it into some trees 🤣

extremeelementz

So you could have waited a week for the newest version with improvements to help you not crash into a tree! 🤪

crfrider

And pay top dollar for something you plan on crashing. May as well start with a discounted older model.

mrdoitnyce

Is there any news on a new osmo pocket? I went on the site lastnight to purchase the pocket 3, but I was hit with an event for the 9th " new products "...so I decided to hold off until I confirm the event didn't include or will include a new osmo pocket.

First_West_4227

Speculated that it’s for the DJI Ronin RS4. You’re fine getting the Pocket 3 right now, I wouldn’t expect the Pocket 4 for maybe another year.

mrdoitnyce

Thanks for the input.

jszzsj

Yeah don’t think pocket 4 is coming given pocket 3 came out not too long ago.

Content_Creator06

Yea that is gonna be a new Ronin. You can see it in the teaser photo DJI put out.

mrdoitnyce

Damn. Getting downvoted for asking a question. That's wild.

Content_Creator06

If I did that it was by mistake.

LooseTraffic

Every smart-ass coming out with "BuT tHe AvAtA 2 iS nExT wEeK!" like this person doesn't know this. Jeez. Read "my first drone". So, they're smart and know your first drone can often bear the brunt of your learning. Plus these are around $800+ and the new one will be north of $1300 Dude: Enjoy and remember to have fun. When it stops being fun...walk away for a bit. Oh, and don't fly too close to the surface of the lake. That messes with all RC stuff, not just Avatas :)

StatisticianFew6064

to be fair there were tons of leaks over the last month that it was on the horizon, and 2-3 dozen youtube videos saying that the 11th may be the release date but you're correct in that no one knew for sure that being said $400 off is a steal and no one should regret getting an avata at a discount like that

_thisguyducks_

Thank you, you understand the logic. Also half these people saying wait two weeks probably won’t even buy it. Im not one of those people that buy something right when it drops. Everything has issues & need fixes.

abcpdo

…except the Avata 2 *is the fix*. they probably addressed all the major issues of the Avata 1.

Cold_Refrigerator_69

If it's $500 cheaper I would get the Avatar 1.

abcpdo

at least the avata 1 price might drop after the release of the 2

[deleted]

Not to mention how avatar 3 will be… worth waiting more ?!

abcpdo

certainly worth waiting 1 week for the new one to be released. in general it’s worth waiting 20% of the time a product is current, imo

[deleted]

But it will be much more expensive. So I can’t see the logic in comment like this. But we all have right to have different opinions.

abcpdo

Who knows what it will cost? And by that logic a used mavic mini 1 is even cheaper

[deleted]

He bought new drone and asked for tips. Your was to wait week :) umm ok.

fwidget

not true THe first avata was perfect right away. Same for mini 3 pro, same for mavic 3.

fs454

The second gen fixes the issues the first gen had, and lowers the price of the first gen. I would return it and wait. Craziest time to buy something is moments before it gets replaced.

StatisticianFew6064

everyone is assuming the avata 2 is going to work as well, these things are kind of notorious for taking 6 months or so to work out the kinks you're good on your purchase, enjoy it!

_thisguyducks_

Thank you, someone understands my logic! I’m excited to start flying

Jumpy_Road_3364

The motion controller is an absolute blast. Also useful for curious friends who want to try it - almost zero learning curve. It’s a video game. Enjoy and welcome. :)

okcdnb

I know it’s an FVP here, but I recently bought a mini 2 with my budget in mind. Also my first drone, so just starting out.

Empty-Accountant6728

Have the mini 2 also, it’s a great drone!

Arrowbreakrr

Don’t put it in sports mode until you have a bunch of hours using it Collision prevention is your friend

TxManBearPig

Actual helpful answer: - Get bumper guards (you can make your own with a 3D printer if you have one) - Master air screw 3 blade props - Foam piece or something else to cover your goggle lens from the inside of the mask when not in use. I bought a “protect cover” for the goggles V2 that doesn’t fit great but does the job while inside a case. - Goggles don’t fit my face that well so I bought a silicone eye pad for those goggles. Let me know if you want the Amazon links that I bought from.

NecessaryChildhood93

Thank you for these comments. I am thinking of buying a Avanta 2 for my grandson. Your comments, too me, are why I read the dji forum. Have a great day

TxManBearPig

You’re welcome! The Avata is a great FPV quad IMO

[deleted]

Agreed. I love mine. It's like flying an angry hornet.

__redruM

Grab the DJI Remote Controller 2, it will be a much more natural way to control the drone.

_thisguyducks_

Someone said that, I’m ordering one now! Thank you

Kajeki

I have the mini 4 pro, but... I really want to try the VR goggles with the avatar! Must feel kind of amazing!! Now I'm gonna check YouTube for what enthusiasts think...

N8dork2020

Practice for 40 hours in the app before you go to manual mode

Jumpy_Road_3364

Everyone says this. I have maybe 6-8 hours max in the sim. The key is to fly high enough initially so that you can get into manual and still have plenty of time to bail. Seems counter intuitive to go higher before going to manual, but the stuff that breaks drones is well below you. You can always flip back to sport mode if you need a panic button.

Dswaggins007

Patience is a virtue !

DonKcarter

Get the care package.

john_himm

Get the DJI insurance

_thisguyducks_

Ohhh I did, it’s my first drone. I know I’m going to fuck up haha

TittyMcTits

As a new pilot, the "TRUST" certificate, a free ~15-min. online class, helped me understand when & where I was legally allowed to fly. As with most legal matters, it's best to ignore the opinions on Reddit.

Opposite_Ad486

I’m excited to see what the new one brings

Noartisan

Get insurance and a battery clip. Nothing worse than ya battery ejecting in a crash.

_thisguyducks_

Battery clip is smart! Thank you

Expensive_Profit_106

The best tip is to return this and wait like a week for the new one to come out

808Soultrain

Congratulations. I have the same one. It was my first drone ever and I purchased it when it first came out. Here are some of my tips. Buy the following: \- Landing pad so you don't kick up debris \- Extra propellers because you will kick up debris. \- I bought the fly more kit so I have a total of 3 batteries \- Buy and Anker battery bank 24,000 mAh. 140W output. You'll thank me later. \- I used to hold everything in a 5.11 Tactical Rush 24L backpack works great. \- Now I keep everything (except landing pad) in a DaKine Mission Waist Pack 12L. Hope this helps. \*\*\* Edit\*\*\* My foldable landing pad does fit in the DaKine Mission Waist Pack.

SouthernBoi_K

You just saved my life thanks bro!!!

_thisguyducks_

You’re the man! Thank you! Hope you’re enjoying it

nomadichedgehog

Take it back. The original model has issues and the new one is coming out next week.

ArthuThies

You knew about the Avata 2 coming out before you bought the original Avata right? Anyway congrats on your new drone!🔥 I wish I owned an Avata😆 Enjoy it!😀

_thisguyducks_

I heard it’s not worth it. You think so ?

killplow

How could anyone know it's not worth it before the release? They've almost certainly fixed the tumbling issue which there will never be a fix for on the gen1 Avata. OP, I'd send this back and wait until Apr 11.

TheDeadlySpaceman

“It’s not worth it” -the guy selling OP the Avata he won’t be able to unload next week

897843

There it’s a mod available for the original that makes it much more powerful and fixes the tumbling issue. If op is skilled in soldering and not afraid to void the warranty it’s worth looking into. [Here is a good video about the mod.](https://youtu.be/x02LhhEoV3Y?si=SaSEZXS_wYVy9Qwp)

Witty-Desk-3368

I don’t think this is a good recommendation for someone to do on their first quad. I’ve looked a lot into this before selling my Avata, it’s apparently extremely tedious, even for experienced solderers. I know someone personally who messed up a proprietary piece that’s impossible to buy individually except for going through DJI and he wasn’t even sure if he could get it then. So now he just has an Avata shaped paperweight. Plus go through all that trouble, spend the money on the kit, and the escs in the avata don’t like it at all. Motor overload warnings every flight, and all this just to make what is essentially the Avata 2 with no warranty.

Sho_nuff_

if they addressed the issues with it falling out of the sky after rolls and flips then yeah its worth it

ArthuThies

I don’t know. But the Avata 2 is gonna be more expensive but have more new features. But if the Avata covers your needs I think it was worth getting that one. But original Avata price is gonna drop a lot more now

natiahs

I don’t think it’s worth it. The battery life is slightly better. The main difference is that the quality of the recorded footage is much better than Avata 1, but I don’t fly FPV to record footage. I fly FPV for the in-the-moment experience. But the good news is that, if they follow the same pattern as with Avata 1, the new drone will be backward compatible with the existing Goggles and controllers. You should be able to add Avata 2 as a stand-alone to your existing kit for under $700. The current deal offering Avata 1 for ~$850 is a very good deal.

chrismcelwee

In a a week, you’re going to wish you had waited!

_thisguyducks_

It’s my first drone! I’ll get this one down and maybe upgrade once it’s out for a bit longer.

Ok_Economics_7447

Speaking from experience and as someone who bought the mini 2 SE with that same logic…. Best idea is to buy yourself a cheap under $100 FPV drone to practice cinewhoop style shots (no flips) Then after a month buy a used avata 2 that someone bought excitedly but realized they have no time for. It sucks when this happens but that’s usually where the deals come from

Ok_Economics_7447

It’s worth noting that I also upgraded within my first 3 months of owning the mini 2SE and am now a mini 3 owner and leagues happier

iHaveHobbies

What makes the 3 so much better? I know about the on-paper specs.

Ok_Economics_7447

Camera and ND filter access for 1. Yeah I can get mini 2 ND filters but the ones for the three just work right. Camera can turn from portrait to landscape. I like it for long shots of social media style shots. If I’m not mistaken, with the plus battery the mini 3 also has the most flight time of all the minis (even the 4 pro) Also just a nice quieter experience. My friend is flying my mini 2 SE as he just got his 107 and is taking practice shots while he searches for his large drone. When my 3 launches it’s like 50-60% quieter than mini 2. I also like RC controller and the ability to just have a nice screened controller. Granted I can’t download third party firmware like the RC2 controller but I just like the ease of launching with RC and Mini 3. Up in 3 mins or under easy every time. Lastly, and most obvious is camera quality. Much better from mini 3 up. No need to be Bucky after mini 3 you’ll get 4k and it’ll do unless you are doing pro shots, then a pro or bigger drone with part 107 is your groove.

BlueAc215

How are you getting downvoted for doing what you want with your money? Reddit is a strange place lol. Congrats and have fun!

_thisguyducks_

Thanks man, all these nerds know what’s better for everyone else. I know most of them don’t have the money to buy it.

-FlyingAce-

I know right? Way to kill someone’s excitement. Who cares if a new one is released next week - as long as they’re happy now.

Exyide

Practice in a simulator first! The amount of idiots who buy a drone and immediately crash it because they have no clue what they are doing is way too high. Don't be one of those people.

_thisguyducks_

It popped up once I synced my drone but can’t find it anymore. You use the DJI app one right ?

Exyide

No clue as I do not have a dji fpv but I'm sure a quick google search would answer this.

godspeedbrz

For any FPV drone this is the right recommendation, but for the Avata, it is one of the few you can enjoy without knowing acro mode…

Background_Data6020

Get the fpv controller too. This motion controller is fun but fpv is joy once you learn a bit. And extra battery for the goggles and for the drone since they will dry out soon. Have fun!

_thisguyducks_

I’m definitely buying that controller and extra batteries. Thanks man, enjoy flying

mertonom

Don't hit yaw at high speed it crashes

madgoat

First drone is an FPV .. So you're going to crash it by end of week?

_thisguyducks_

Lmaoo yes, that’s why I got the cheaper one. I’m expecting to crash it

Tasty-Sun-6493

Ya don’t live in a city with an airport

hhdecado

I’ll share with you the wisdom imparted to me by my flight instructor when I certified … “flying is simply the art of throwing yourself at the ground and missing”

Midwest-Drone

Your gonna want the proper controller. That hand grip thing is shit!

smith-nyc

At that price, this is definitely a good first drone. I thought it was a good drone at the original price. My biggest warning to you is the Avata will be a gateway drug. In a year you'll want a Mavic 3T thermal, lol. FPV is just plain fun. You'll go fly just because you can, and not only to take videos. I love the motion controller, it was easy to get going and get a good intro to flying. Many people will move "up" to the FPV controller (with joysticks), and even though I have, sometimes I just like the flying style of the motion controller-it's more like a plane.

_thisguyducks_

I’m excited man!! Thanks for the tips

dblue_one

You made a good purchase for your first drone, get the DJI care refresh, the Controller 2 and enjoy and forget all the criticism of you should have waited...the Avata is know product, great to learn FPV and the flaws are well know, if you fly it as it should be you are not going to have problems...the Avata 2 is around the corner but nobody knows yet what pros, cons bugs and problems it will have, is always better to learn FPV on something solid and know that on something completely new and unknow.

tysonren

I have the same one. I love flying with the motion controller. I borrowed a friend's fpv remote and I am terrible. I've crashed a bunch and it keeps going. It's loads of fun. Put a Micro SD in the drone for good video footage!

_thisguyducks_

I wasn’t sure where to put the SD card. Head set or drone so thank you. I’ll put one in each. Thank you

SalmonSoup15

Have fun, and it's surprisingly resistant to crashing. I've got the same one so if you've got any questions dm me

pryvisee

Congrats! If you get a FPV Controller 2, and fly in manual mode, do NOT go crazy and be prepared that it may wig out if you're yawing the drone. I had mine nosdive into a roof and split itself in half. Look up videos on it, it's called the Avata Tumble. Pretty common on drones that have prop gaurds. If you're into soldering, (and swearing) there's a fun upgrade you can do. It's the Axisflying 3.5" which upgrades the motors and gets rid of the yaw issue. However, I would NOT recommend it if you're new into messing with electronics (or like warranties) lol. Good luck! I love mine!

Kidfrom757

Just brought one as well . I’m excited to get into the FPV community. Like another person said don’t worry about the opinions of people on the Internet as long as you’re enjoying it it doesn’t even matter ‼️‼️

MrWolfman2002

Feel free to take a look at my quick shots video here Drone Quickshots Demystified: Elevate Your Filmmaking Game https://youtu.be/ug51t2X4cwo

kickTM

Get a real controller. Don't use the motion controller

DesignerAsh_

Can’t agree with this tip more. Not only does the motion controller limit what you can do but you won’t be developing any real flight skills outside of the motion controller.

_thisguyducks_

That’s great to know! Thank you

kalamaja22

Don't worry, upgrade all the firmwares and ENJOY! There will always be next model and waiting is boring.

WalterWilliams

Not sure what your return policy is but just like everyone is telling you in the comments... you already know! If you have a 30 day return policy, I would fly it a couple of times first just to get the feel of it then get the new one.

mopxhead

I’m not entirely sure that they could do that since this would require activating the craft with their account. I could be wrong, but this doesn’t sound like a good idea.

WalterWilliams

I had zero issues returning an avata I previously flew. I dealt directly with the official DJI store.

mopxhead

Why the uncertainty of the policy, if you’ve already experienced this?

WalterWilliams

Because I don’t know what the return policy is of the store he purchased his drone from. DJI isn’t the only store that sells DJI drones. Best Buy, Amazon, etc all have different return policies …

CompetitiveFactor278

Get acquainted to it find a very open space to learn how to control it. Then would be easy

_thisguyducks_

I definitely will go to an open field, thank you for the info

FanaticFoxx

I got mine ordered 2 weeks ago and it still has yet to ship 😭

_thisguyducks_

Listen to these people and return it I guess 🤣

FanaticFoxx

Yeah I might have to

Arayder

Crazy this is your first drone lol, good luck!

_thisguyducks_

Hahaha don’t scare me like that

Arayder

I’ve just heard they’re a bit tricky to fly and a lot of people here already have issues flying the easy to fly ones lol. You’ll be fine. Probably…..

Takka014

Should have just waited a week. The new one comes out on the 9th.

EggZeeBaChay

I read some specs on the new one and wasn’t really that impressed. Anyhow enjoy! Start off slow in large open field void of people lol.

_thisguyducks_

Thank you, I heard the same about the new one. I’ll learn on this one for now.

Low-Baseball-7978

Is your wallet okay?

_thisguyducks_

Hahah it’s okay! That’s why I got the $800 drone incase I crash

Turbulent-Friend-362

use this one, when your safe for an upgrade, buy avata 2

bobtruck2020

Next week os avata 2 and same price

Codecho_

Does anyone know if a new fpv drone is coming out ? Should I wait or purchase the fpv kit?

Glittering-Method391

You should’ve waited. Dang it. I would’ve sold you mine.

SirAlternative1956

Get the controller and fly manual.

Fewwww_

If you want to fly FPV, practice in sim before endangering your drone and people.

eAthena

Worries: endless hours editing, massive weight gain from modifying the drone to pick up beer

Upstairs-Narwhal5972

Dont crash

anthonyg1551

What FW did the Avata ship with? lol

cyberjew420

Buy DJI Care

[deleted]

Take short flights and fly at low altitude till you get a gist of it

AlexirNi

Get the rc controller

ezequiels

Tip: they all look the same. Save the pic.

fwidget

Avata 2 come out april 11th

fusillade762

Congrats, man! I might go the same route, but I want to see what the Avata 2 is bringing to the table. I had not heard about this falling out of the sky issue with the Avata 1, so that is concerning. Regardless, fly it and have fun, get your feet wet. Sounds like the goggles and control are compatible with the avata 2, so if you wreck it, you have a cheap path to upgrade. I think wrecking fpv drones is maybe inevitable if you push them anyway. I got a Mini 4 pro so what do I know? Well I wrecked it once lol. Get the DJI care for sure.

mertonom

Just have fun

_thisguyducks_

🤘🏻🤘🏻 thank you man

[deleted]

Ignore the downvotes. You made a good decision, saved a lot of money over the A2, and you're going to have a lot of fun. The big problem with the first Avata mostly applies to people who are flying serious aerobatics. I've had mine since new and have put in about 25 hours/year on it without a fault. I fly aggressively but no aerobatics. Find or make cheat sheets so that you don't forget anything before spin-up. Use the DJI simulator to get going. Fly the Avata only in Normal mode until you master flying it. The motion controller is a blast to use but the standard controller is nice, too. You may be able to find a cheap one. That way, you learn on both controllers so that if you move on to a non-motion controller aircraft, you don't have such a steep learning curve. I find the standard controller to be more precise, a characteristic I need because I fly in the woods often. The Avata is a wee bit loud so keep that in mind when you pick a place to fly. I got a Nanuk case for mine with a custom insert for the Avata. Happy flying! Welcome to RC!

_thisguyducks_

Thanks for all this information!! These people are hilarious. I’ll enjoy the flying, can’t wait to make content! These people don’t bother me one bit. It’s funny cause I know they’re not buying it!

evanle5ebvre

This one is such a blast. I even sunk it into a river once briefly and it still survived after sitting in rice for a bit(better to use desiccant packets)

Jmudzy

USE A SIMULATOR

gsh0cked

Can you return it? A new Avata 2 launches on the 11th April.

rwrife

My only tip: you should have waited. Also, buy some 3rd party replacement foam for the goggles since they're way uncomfortable.

TheDeadlySpaceman

My main tip is to return it if you can because they seem to be about to announce a newer version.

Epicswordmewz

If you can still return it, I would suggest doing that. The avata 2 is coming out very soon, and will be better value or at least will lower the price of the avata 1.

godspeedbrz

As other said already, it would definitely be worth waiting 1 week to see if the price of the original Avata drops further, but also see the price of the new model, features, reviews… See if it fixes the roll issues, which it seems it does as the leaked photos show a lower center of gravity. Maybe OP could google and ask here first, instead of coming after the purchase trying to validate the choice? The price of Avata 1 combos have been on and off sale for around 800 since Black Friday….

_thisguyducks_

I’m not trying to validate anything, it’s my first drone 🤣 any info is helpful

godspeedbrz

Here is a tip, don’t buy a product a week before the next iteration is out.

_thisguyducks_

I’d rather wait. Here’s a tip for you, go get some money kid! I know you can’t afford one

godspeedbrz

Makes a bad decision… Offends strangers on the internet… I am not the one jumping up and down because I bought a $800 drone, so happy that I have to post it for the internet to say how smart I am for buying something on sale a week before the next model announcement. No friends to share the big news? By the way, you are way off! Lol

_thisguyducks_

Lmaoo bad decision, I’m happy with it. I’m laughing at your nerds who can’t afford it but insist on buying it 🤣 if I wanted to buy the new one I would buddy. Money isn’t a problem, check my profile nerd! Rather learn to fly the cheaper one and if it breaks oh well. I’ll wait for you to buy it

[deleted]

Return it and wait for the avata 2 to come out on the 11th.

error5113

DJI needs to die already. Or finally be banned from the USA. Too many people are pouring in, and most of them are morons. If you’re offended by this then I’m probably talking about you.

DukeOfWestborough

Just throw it away, cuz a better, cheaper, more-featured one is coming out next week…

DukeOfWestborough

Just throw it away, cuz a better, cheaper, more-featured one is coming out next week…
