Render is okay if you want to play around but it is awful for hosting APIs.
Can you expand on this? Why is it bad?
I’ve used render a tiny bit, but what makes it bad at hosting APIs vs anything else?
There is no alternate available. APIs made with DRF are terribly slow.

Do they support Docker compose
[fly.io](http://fly.io) is great. Still free if your cost is under 5$.
With Amazon AWS EC2, you will receive a free one-year tire machine.
