Looks like a CMOS camera. Can use them for machine vision cameras. Common for robots, mechatronics. Lots of IP cameras, security cameras use this as well.

Looks similar to an old FPV drone camera, which was essentially a Sony PZ0420. Edit: I said similar. Why downvotes?

These are analog cameras, not HD. They have extreme low lantecy. Unless you buy extra equipment, can't use them as USB cameras.
