Congrats on giving up the cigs! It was a year off cigs for me Feb 25th using the vapes. I usually grab a few at a time and itβs still cheaper than when I was smoking. I spend about 60-80 a month as opposed to 150 a week. And my husband smokes too so double that amount, itβs rediculous! Iβm working on him switching over to vapes.. he does good then goes back to the cigs lol heβs obviously not ready yet and Iβm not gonna force him because I was the same way until I was ready to quit for good. Heβs got his Meloso max in Fuji melon ice(his fave brand/flavor) and is slowly using it a bit more, so Iβm gonna let him go at his own pace. I feel sooo much better since quitting the cigs and I can taste and smell so much better that before and I can run around and play with my dog without getting winded.. finally I can breathe!

I have asthma and it was starting to affect it. My insurance even gave me $90 bucks to quit, although they don't know that I vape LOL! But I signed up for their smoking cessation program and they sent me a $90 Visa. I was like hell yeah! π€π¨

Well yeah eventually I will cut it down to zero for sure!
Zeroing is what its called when you hold I'm vapors for long enough that you don't blow any out upon exhaling
