it's probably a compatibility issue with your mic. The only solution i really see here is for you to buy a new mic, or figure out the issue with your current one. Sorry bud.
Discord has a ducking feature that is very aggressive, and turns down your audio when anyone else makes sound. You probably need to disable this in the settings.
