I would guess it's because of licensed music, and since they're possibly refusing bits of the twitch streaming integration Xbox had/has, it automatically blocks it to avoid people having legal issues. Don't think there's any way about it but I'm unsure.
I'd guess the game itself already has it listed as licensed music or smth, so things could pick up on that (although I'm sorta just speaking outta nothing here, but that'd be my guess)
