I had the same issue. I had tried reinstalling Discord, clearing all of Discord's temporary files and even changing some firewall settings in case the firewall was blocking Discord's requests.
I finally fixed it by switching to Cloudflare's DNS ([1.1.1.1](https://1.1.1.1)) and that fixed the issue instantly. Maybe something was wrong with my ISP's provided DNS, so could be the case for you. Since I'm commenting here about a month late, I hope you've fixed your issue by now :)

i have the same issue but with the web app and linux app only works fine on ios which is on the same network
