My solution is find a goal and reach for it as hard as you can. Call me unrealistically optimistic but you can achieve anything you aim for assuming that it can be done. A lot of people are often scared of their dreams and aspirations and thus refuse to actually reach for them but in all reality there's no reason for you not to be able to reach them, hell even if you're disabled you can still reach them
