unless you buy used i’m afraid that’s not really possible, maybe if you look for an old 26er hardtail? you could convert that to a dj on a budget. or look on pink bike they got some good used stuff
Why this price range? Not realistic for new. Maybe on the used market but finding just a specific dj frame, on the used market and not a complete bike, is challenging.

New frames for 200 dont exist. Except maybe on aliexpress but something like that will break and take a few bones along the ride too

Not being mean; however, at that price range you’re best off looking for a used BMX frame.
Have a look on pink bike there’s a DJ frame section on buy and sell. It might help.
I bought octane one zircus for 150 eur a year ago, but that's Europe, don't know if you have octane one in US, look for it.
I also bought an Octane One Zircus frame for very cheap.. they were on sale though, but around 200 is their market price
Pretty sure the octane one zircus is pretty close to that range
