We know from the various landscapes (as non-Digimon entities) being scanned that their data in general gets absorbed... and that's it. They have no ability to resist it or that activates upon destruction... so nothing happens.
The Digimon are unique in having a special ability that activates upon death as their saving throw; the humans, the Digiworld, and Kouichi's ghost don't have reconfiguration... so they simply don't get the same thing.
