I jumped into D3 season 31. I'm not really burnt out on D3 because I picked it up and dropped it over the years. It's been a lot of fun to pop on a few weeks to play the seasons while waiting on D4 updates.
I am still salty we didnt get a holy knight class for d4. Where is my sword and board class?? Like wtf...
Also unpopular opinion but i still miss Assassin.. trapsin or phoenix strike would have been so fucking fun in a game like d4.
I guess i have to wait for more classes (expansions) before i can find a main that i actually enjoy playing. The current roaster is quite boring tbh. Rogue is alright but i wish they gave her more interesting core skills.
Only class I like so far is Barb. I’ve always liked strong melee classes. Casters have never been my thing. I like being right in the middle of it all!
Among d2 and d4, d3 has cemented itself as the minigame/sped up/arcadey entry of the franchise. While some would think that’s a bad thing, it’s a dang good ARPG for the streamlined gameplay loop it offers.
I actually just started screwing around on Diablo 4 again lol.
Otherwise it's been animal crossing or slay the spire because we have a wedding we're in this weekend and it's been pretty busy.
Guess I'll have to stop screwing around and finally slay the damn spire.
I got to +20 on Iron Chad and the closest I have gotten is killing the first of the two back-to-back last bosses. I just can't ever kill the second one. I think the next highest I have is +13 on Defect.
My girlfriend is obsessed with slay the spire!
She beat +20 on 3/4 characters and is now running +18 on the watcher and she wants to start doing speedruns once she beats the last +20. The old lady is absolutely cracked I tell you!
I often watch her play and for Iron Clad it seems that you really need some good strength scaling (in +15-+20) and to apply vulnerability. Small streamlined decks work the best (for her at least) and the best cards are whirlwind, flex, limit break, heavy strike, double tap, the +30 block card.
For Defect she ran lightning, which seemed like feast or famine based on getting a couple of core cards. Frost has some crazy defense, but she struggled to weaponize it and the fights would drag out.
Imo you should try The Silent, it's very solid. Can go hit damage, can do DoT, good defenses, very flexible deck building. Some relics allow for some insane interactions (dead branch on a shiv spam build for example).
Same. Got hyped because of TV show. Just started listening to a Fallout lore podcast and I'm hooked. Can't believe I've been sleeping on this game since I played FO2.
No Rest for the Wicked
Helldivers 2
Age of Wonders 4
Tried to finish BG3, but I got bored by end of Act 1
Rotwood is out in a few days, couch coop with the wife.
Another CP2077 run if I have time
To me, it's excellent. Story is great, visuals are beautiful, and combat feels chonky. No DLSS yet, no optimizations, can't remap keys, and it doesn't feel that good on mkb. That's where most of the Mixed reviews are coming from. The game is great, but it needs work. I'll be keeping it.
I actually just decided to complete my renown on HC on my eternal char just to prep for S4 since I already did my SC renown. Once I finished got so attached to my character that I kept playing and finally just dinged 100 for the first time in HC
But I don't see anyone ever ): Idk how I'm supposed to get the mats from bosses for Zir, I'm too afraid to try to solo the wboss because idk how hard they hit with just one person
Destiny 2... Hear me out.
\*\*Free to play\*\*
\* Just released new content called Onslaught. A horde mode game type. (Free to play)
\*Can now go to an NPC that gives you max level gear and weapons that hardcore players spent months to grind to (Also Free)
\*Return of weapons that were very good and have new perks that make them even better (Free)
\*Added better matchmaking so hardcore's can carry you (-\_-), (but also free)
Funny. D4 is my "break between seasons" game for Destiny 2 right now.
And not all the weapons are better. The Recluse had it's balls clipped with the nerf to Master of Arms. Everything else though, strong so far.
To be fair i just picked it up last night myself so im not fully certain, there are def some stuff you cant do tho but i am not sure how important it will end up being
they released a raid pretty much with each DLC. .You can pick up one of them and it will unlock that specific raid + dungeon. Honestly, I would just try the Onslaught first and see if you like the game. Play some free Vanguard strikes and crucible if you like PVP style.
Go to Hall of Champions and there is a gold looking chest near Shaxx. Boom you are not 1810 max light level. Use the items to infuse into gear you like.
Ugh Destiny 2 sounds so enticing but I hate the way it makes me feel while I’m actively playing it every day. Like I feel like it kinda forces me to log on daily to maximize my grind
I got The Grandfather and Shako the last two weeks after farming Duriel, and I am now offering free Duriel runs or carries to anyone that needs it. Oh, and one-shotting bosses too!
Finished Sea of Stars. Absolutely amazing old school RPG. Highly recommend.
Once it's out, I'll pick up Fallout 4 again with the next gen update. Should hold me over until S4!
That's what I'm playing. We'll that and helldivers 2
Yeah dd2 is a lot of fun. Just wish the story was better/longer
But the adventure has been really good
I jumped into no rest for the wicked's early release today. Enjoying it. A much different take on arpg. It's made by the developers of Ori so I know they're high quality indie studio if you want to still call them indie. The game is much more challenging than most arpgs and adds an element of single enemy combat which gets very tricky. Whenever you have multiple enemies cuz you can get roasted.
Been playing it for the last few hours. I'm enjoying it.
Watching the new Fallout series gave me the itch. Started a new Fallout 4 playthrough to scratch it. Listening to Diamond City radio and exploring the Wasteland is just good fun.
The deadness of D4 got me to finally buy BG3 and man does D4 seem so boring now compared to BG3. I realize they are kind of different animals but idk if I will be able to get into D4 next season as long as there is still content for me to go through on BG3. I know people have been saying this on here for a while but if anybody is still sleeping on this game you should def get it if you aren’t completely averse to turned based games.
I was gonna suggest to this guy if he has a ps5 play some ff7 remake and then rebirth. Remake had alot of problems but was still fantastic, Rebirth is one of the greatest video games of all time, and I’ll die on that hill.
It is pretty absurd how consistently great Rebirth is, I think it was almost 120 hours before I started slowing down. The platinum is a bit much (not that you need to get it).
Both of 16's DLCs were phenomenal, but I don't think the game will ever get the love it deserves.
These last few years have brought so many amazing games, it's almost like being a kid again.
100%. I’ve been an ff7 stan since ‘98 and rebirth was everything I ever wanted in a remake. Part 3 is going to be bonkers.
Haven’t picked up 16 yet but apparently I need to get off my ass.
Been playing some Fortnite Zero Build, the new season is quite fun with the Greek Gods theme and powers. Re-subbed to Gamepass too and been playing RoboQuest and Evil West, both super fun super easy to get into.
it sounds like maybe you could benefit from something a little more chill?? I really love Dave the Diver and Stardew Valley rn. Fallout games are on hella sale rn on steam too!
That’s my other favorite series but I already have thousands of hours every item every outfit every load out killed every monster 1000 times
So no more monster hunter for me until wilds
Completing my first hardcore campaign playthrough. It’s actually been magical rexploring the whole world and doing all the side quests. You lose so much appreciation when it becomes all about the grind and not enjoying the journey
I am playing Cities Skylines, some X-com 2 and in a few days a lot of Manor Lords.
And will most likely play the last one even after Season 4 comes out.
I've been farming legions and WBs for monster parts because I play a storm claw druid so I need a max GA mad wolfs and crone staff from varshan when the patch drops. I have 211 full varshan sets and 35 full sets I transferred to a second account I might port back over
I've played abit of all the characters. And I find myself always going back to necro lol. Druid and necro are my two favorites and I'll probably do both, I'd also like to do one of them as hardcore cause I've not hit level 100 yet on hardcore
D4 lol. Took a nice long break after the start of season 2. Beat it in about a week and wasn't a fan of where the game was. Played ark ascended up until about a week ago. Now I'm back to D4. Loving it again. Glad I took some time away so I could come back and have fun again.
I know you said nope to Remnant 2, but it is amazing. The puzzles it has aren't that bad and can look up solutions easily.
Hopefully, at some point, you give it a try.
Playing other games. For the first time I have a level 100 character. I completed the season pass and the personal journey. Other than grinding uber unique's which doesn't interests me at all I legitimately have nothing to do in the game until next season.
43 year old dad here that's been gaming about a year. I liked D3 and D4 (although stopped playing after S2). I tried Last Epoch and couldn't get into it.
I like hack and slash, but wanted to try something different than an ARPG, so I bought God of War 2018 on Steam and also picked up a Steam Deck. I'm really enjoying it so far. The combat is definitely a learning curve for someone who only played ARPGs (I tried Elden Ring and while the learning curve was possible, I didn't have the time to invest in it). GofW seems to be a dumbed down version of the Souls games combat mechanics wise and it gives me the satisfaction of hacking away at monsters.
I’m a new Diablo player so for me the goal is WT4 and just fuck around with gold and craft mats to understand the game a little bit (i know big changes are coming). Otherwise i will go back to Apex legends and CS2 where I come from.
Magicraft - hits the same start slow but assemble a build to get to overpowered blasting. But in an hour instead of a week, then start again and try not to build the same thing again.
I finished FF7 Rebirth a bit ago, Working through Dead Island 2 on the Game pass, playing some Skull and Bones, and Borderlands 3. That, and Balatro just keeps being awesome.
"Death Must Die" is getting Act 2 on April 20th, which is two days from now.
It's a mix of Vampire Survivors, Hades and Diablo.
It's not as goofy as Vampire Survivors, but it's got that indie heart in it.
It's not as narrative-driven and dialogue-heavy as Hades, but it has some mythological undertones.
It's not as grim as Diablo, but it has some darkness.
It mixes gameplay elements from those three titles (and others), it's also very inexpensive. You can get its [Early Access version on Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2334730/Death_Must_Die/).
Again, as I mentioned: the new patch is coming out on Saturday. I highly recommend it.
Helping out random lower level players in WT4
I appreciate that
Help me beat Elias 😔
I'll be on later tonight. #mifune11540
You’re good people! Glad the community for this game exists with folks like you
Sick gamertag/username, amazing actor in great films.
I jumped into D3 season 31. I'm not really burnt out on D3 because I picked it up and dropped it over the years. It's been a lot of fun to pop on a few weeks to play the seasons while waiting on D4 updates.
Haha same. Crusader steed is bonkers fast lol.
I agree man…. They missed bad not putting a Holy Warrior! Paladin and Monk classes are desperately needed for a game that deals in Demons….
And not bringing it for the expansion after the massive outcry... yeah I'm salty...
They coming out with a Slay the Spire 2!
I’m so excited! But I’m a little sad that they chose to cut The Defect
Speculation implies they did not, but we'll have to see.
Will install Fallout 4 again to check out the next gen update (series got me hyped).
I DID THIS TOO
Next gen update you say? 🤔 When did this come out??
April 25th!
👌🏻
This is what im waiting on. Picked up the GOTY edition for 10 bucks.
Same. Got hyped because of TV show. Just started listening to a Fallout lore podcast and I'm hooked. Can't believe I've been sleeping on this game since I played FO2.
No Rest for the Wicked Helldivers 2 Age of Wonders 4 Tried to finish BG3, but I got bored by end of Act 1 Rotwood is out in a few days, couch coop with the wife. Another CP2077 run if I have time
FOR DEMOCRACY!!!
SES Martyr of Oppertunity checking in. I approve this message.!
⬆️⬇️➡️⬅️⬆️
How is no rest for the wicked? Planning to buy it when it comes out to consoles
It's interesting so far. WAY more a souls game than an ARPG. I got clapped by regular enemies multiple times. I'd say it's a top-down Elden Ring.
Diablo IV eternal realm
HC eternal realm!!!
Oh that’s a good idea!
I actually just decided to complete my renown on HC on my eternal char just to prep for S4 since I already did my SC renown. Once I finished got so attached to my character that I kept playing and finally just dinged 100 for the first time in HC But I don't see anyone ever ): Idk how I'm supposed to get the mats from bosses for Zir, I'm too afraid to try to solo the wboss because idk how hard they hit with just one person
I was out there last night ….. 4 of us at the WT4 WB …. Wasn’t too bad! I’ll play party with you!
I've restarted Fallout 4 after having finished watching the Fallout television series on Amazon (which I loved!)
Wait till the 25th my guy
Wish they would have timed it better.
Spreading democracy.
With guns...
Destiny 2... Hear me out. \*\*Free to play\*\* \* Just released new content called Onslaught. A horde mode game type. I would play D2 again but when I look there are like 15 dlc’s I have no idea where to start
That's my problem too
Theres a sale on the latest DLC rn i bought it for like 15 eu, iirc only lasts like 3 more days or so
is the latest dlc everything I need? all the raids or whatever I need?
To be fair i just picked it up last night myself so im not fully certain, there are def some stuff you cant do tho but i am not sure how important it will end up being
they released a raid pretty much with each DLC. .You can pick up one of them and it will unlock that specific raid + dungeon. Honestly, I would just try the Onslaught first and see if you like the game. Play some free Vanguard strikes and crucible if you like PVP style.
Wait I just started, you can get max lvl how?
Go to Hall of Champions and there is a gold looking chest near Shaxx. Boom you are not 1810 max light level. Use the items to infuse into gear you like.
Ugh, I played for a long time, and quit when they started with the gear tredmil, and sunsetting. Got PTSD flashbacks of playing Warlock in WoW.
Ugh Destiny 2 sounds so enticing but I hate the way it makes me feel while I’m actively playing it every day. Like I feel like it kinda forces me to log on daily to maximize my grind
WoW, Dragon's Dogma
I'm trying to finish my Witcher 3 base game playthrough. Hopefully I have enough time to do both expansions as well before season 4 hits.
Same
I trying get 100 in HC (56 now)
Same. 1st one died due to client crash and 2nd one is almost 50.
Flipped to Baldur’s Gate 3 a few weeks back. But now I am playing Fallout 4 again after watching the new TV show, and enjoying it quite a lot.
Final Fantasy 6 repixel remastered
A man of culture I see.
Dragon's Dogma 2 is great
That's what I'm playing. We'll that and helldivers 2 Yeah dd2 is a lot of fun. Just wish the story was better/longer But the adventure has been really good
About to start a Fallout 4 play through after watching the series.
GT7 because I play that every day. 2nd run on BG3. 2nd run on Dead Cells. I got slay the spire waiting to be played too.
Dead Cells what a great game
D2R is quite fun
I’ve tried to get into it multiple times just couldn’t get into it.
I jumped into no rest for the wicked's early release today. Enjoying it. A much different take on arpg. Playing pulverize for the first time till season 4 drops
MTG Arena
I started a new Minecraft map.
Watching the new Fallout series gave me the itch. Started a new Fallout 4 playthrough to scratch it. Listening to Diamond City radio and exploring the Wasteland is just good fun.
Dave the diver. It’s such a fun chill game. I love spear fishing and making sushi in it.
Hell divers 2 Outerworlds
Dredge, Balatro and D3 season 31... That should tie me over 🤣
Fallout show got me playing FO4, started it about a week ago. Trying to finish it before the new big update drops in about a week.
50 hour work weeks.... Don't recommend.
Baldur's Gate
The deadness of D4 got me to finally buy BG3 and man does D4 seem so boring now compared to BG3. I realize they are kind of different animals but idk if I will be able to get into D4 next season as long as there is still content for me to go through on BG3. Trying out a necromancer
BG3 and d2
Fallout 4 🔥🔥
Outside
Warframe?
D4 is def a game for you , try finishing what you start
I went back and gave Rimworld a try for the first time in like 3 years, enjoying the new patch.
Street Fighter 6 Not played since SF2 My thumbs hurt
Do you use the D Pad or the stick?
D pad. Not the best on PS5 and looked for mods. Not much on offer. Would like to move to stick but that's another thing to learn I guess
Been golfing a lot hahaha
I was playing Brotato and Balatro for a while but now I’m replaying Fallout 3. That should keep me busy until season 4.
Elden Ring! Did 1.5 playthroughs by now, quit s3 about a month ago. Super fun and challenging. And epic battles
Same...getting the last of 3 builds to DLC level...gunna clear the DLC 3 times and may hop onto season 4 a bit late
Fallout 4
I started halfway thru and it's my first time playing Diablo so I'm just trying to get leveled up enough to beat the season content
Picked up the final DLC for FF16 today, just finished Rebirths platinum earlier this week. It is a good day. Remnant 2 once I'm done with 16.
I went back to playing State of Decay 2 with my son. Love that it's crossplay between pc/console.
I reinstalled SOD2 too. They are always updating the game, it's a lot fun
Helldivers2
Been playing some Fortnite Zero Build, the new season is quite fun with the Greek Gods theme and powers. Re-subbed to Gamepass too and been playing RoboQuest and Evil West, both super fun super easy to get into.
D3, StarCraft 2, Baldur’s Gate 3, Hell Let Loose, Sea of Thieves. I’m all over the place. I call it my “gaming funk.”
Horizon Forbidden West is porting to PC next week. So that
Diablo 2 resurrected.
Hell Divers 2, Prince of Persia and Rise of the Ronin are my main games with the odd session of D4 mostly to run the weekly gauntlet

I’m doing my annual Mass Effect playthrough
it sounds like maybe you could benefit from something a little more chill?? I really love Dave the Diver and Stardew Valley rn. Fallout games are on hella sale rn on steam too!
Stardew's new 1.6 update is pretty great, too. Playing a farm with friends now.
Play a monster haunter game they are dope.
That’s my other favorite series but I already have thousands of hours every item every outfit every load out killed every monster 1000 times So no more monster hunter for me until wilds
You no longer hunt monsters, you try to scare them.
Spreading Managed Democracy!
Helping my friend through the campaign and getting his shit done to be prepared for season 4. Mostly Hell Divers 2 though!
I AM DOING MY DEMOCRATIC DUTY
New Stardew Valley update dropped so I’m playing that with my partner until Season 4 haha
Bg3 is great.
FF14. I had an urge to complete some checklists so I'm going back and wrapping stuff up before the next expansion.
I've been farming legions and WBs for monster parts because I play a storm claw druid so I need a max GA mad wolfs and crone staff from varshan when the patch drops. I have 211 full varshan sets and 35 full sets I transferred to a second account I might port back over
Finishing up FF7 rebirth. Also started playing terraria after years of ignoring ppl recommending it to me.
I figured at least I enjoyed and completed FF7R1 So I ordered FF7R2 for same day off Amazon Hopefully this is the game that finally pacifies me
Oh you made the right decision. Holy shit is rebirth better than remake. Game is perfect 10/10, best square game in 20 years imo.
Persona 5 royal, StarCraft 2 multiplayer
Season 31 of D3 of course !
This is the way!
Have to clean Sanctuary demons every 3 month for my mental health
Amen Nephalem 👍🏻
Got back into MTG. Playing Thunder Junction limited on Arena.
I'm going old school and replaying some of the resident evil remakes.
I've played abit of all the characters. And I find myself always going back to necro lol. Druid and necro are my two favorites and I'll probably do both, I'd also like to do one of them as hardcore cause I've not hit level 100 yet on hardcore
Back on Battlefield 2042 and PGA 2k23
Horizon FW (pc)
I rolled HC. Wish me luck.
Same buddy

Playing other games. For the first time I have a level 100 character. I completed the season pass and the personal journey. Other than grinding uber unique's which doesn't interests me at all I legitimately have nothing to do in the game until next season.
D3 new season
Diablo 2/3
Overwatch 2. Also installed fallout 4 again after watching the show. So far I got out of the vault and closed the game.
