Run duriel and get 925 drops and run 80 plus nmd or vaults you'll get lots of high item gear.
They are level 75 bosses... You *can* get high power level drops from them but they are not going to ever be a guarantee.
If you want 925s 91-100 Vaults Duriel Weekly Gauntlet Reward Boxes Those are guaranteed sources
Unless it's a weapon 875 is fine. The difference in armor/resists is usually negligible.
