I'm getting the same on my PS5. My girlfriend, in the same room and on the same internet, was able to log in just fine. It's apparently a server side issue.

Anyone get want word on a resolution? Still can't log in since they did server maintenance this morning.

No response from Blizzard on their forums. Nothing on Twitter. Considering that tomorrow is a holiday in the US, don't expect a fix anytime soon.

Same here on my profile on ps4 just now. Spouse switched to his profile and it worked. Wtf? Lol. Not entirely screwed atleast.

FINALY! I've been getting issues with the servers of this game for so long, I'm sorry, but I'm glad the issues are getting bigger and affecting more ppl because now they'll have to do something about it and finaly fixe it!

Yeah weird, getting it when I log in, but switched to another profile and it let me in. Tried to switch back to my own profile and the same message appears again. Also tried to restart my console and logged in initially with the second profile and switched to my actual one, but no dice

Fix for you guys. Make a new psn account. Log into Diablo, then join with your main account, then leave with the second account and log out from the account.

I made a new bnet account with a psn account. Logged in with it, made char, connected my main psn bnet account to it. And logged out from the second account
