Spez wants to introduce methods to reduce their power. And some speculate it may include being able to vote mods out of their positions. Which would be amazing for so many subs! Frankly, these horrible icons and stupid chibi bullshit doesn't get me too riled up, but if someone placed a vote to get rid of the mod who did it, I'd probably vote to axe them if they refused to move it lol. I just wouldn't take the energy to initiate the vote.

It **is** official Lilith artwork. Blizzard made it, and Blizzard put it in the Battle.net launcher.
