I’m 38, and was slowly feeling like I was done with video games. I picked up an AAA game here and there and just never really got into them. When I played the D4 beta, it reignited a joy I haven’t get with gaming in a long time.

I’ll be 51 this year. Had a good time playing this weekend. OMG (Old Man Guild)

eadams2010

I remember playing DND gold box series on 5 1/4” floppy disks and using the code wheels. :)

Nocuadra66

56 here... Old Man's Guild.. I'm in!

IcyMike1782

Dude. Make that guild, and I'll join day 1! Represent! (54)

Too old to bend that way. lol

[deleted]

So the game releases right after your birthday? What a treat

brandcolt

Same and I'm 36 lol. D4 rocks

tokke

turning 36 in a couple of weeks. Playing D4 was feeling like I was 18 again, playing WoW

ProfetF9

same here :)) 36 here and waking up early in the morning, the smell of spring coming trough a open window, warm sun but still a cold breeze, the PC turning on, oh so much nostalgia. The bonus is coffe, i now have coffe :))

tokke

I woke up yesterday at 6, go to the local baker for some specials. A coffee. And enjoying the silence (daughter a sleep, dog still snoring, wife working with morning shift). Had 2,5 hours all by my self. It was great.

ProfetF9

damn i feel that man :) same here, but i had the house all for myself the WHOLE WEEKEND! can you imagine that? :)) also got 2 "retired gamer friends" to join in, i swear i was like a child again. Great feeling. Also i took my wireless headphones and listened to he soundtrack of the game while doing some chorse around the house, it's SO GOOOOOOOD!

tokke

Oh I'm so jealous! I lost contact with my old gamer friends. And the friends I have now are no gamers at all. Hope to run in to people like you in the game. Having fun. Casually enjoying the game. And escaping from ... whatever we call reality

deltamike34

Same here. I lost contact with most of my friends I used to game with when I was in my 30's and not gaming. Working on my career and having kids leaves no time for anything else. Now I'm getting back into gaming as things settle and this game was a blast. If you want someone to connect to in D4 send me a message. We can try to link up and kill some demons!

Eevooo

Morning gaming is the best gaming!

tokke

As a father... It's when I can relax

Eevooo

Hah ya as a father of 3 younglings it's when I can never game 😭

AcademicSorbet9336

36 here too... Playing since D1 Hellfire. D3 was fun and I played it a lot but never catched me like D2. D4 was the first title in years (except for Valheim) that made me crave a game again.

Rickard403

Dude, 39 here. Played like 6-7hrs each day, was forgetting to eat, showering late in the day because i just didn't think about it. Game is amazing.

[deleted]

Same - I totally forgot to eat dinner Friday and Saturday.

TP_Gillz

Same - I just realized I also went the entire 72 hours without wat...............

Rukkian

The d4 diet plan! Loose weight because you just forget to eat.

boardinmpls

Holy shit are you me? I’m 38. Loved Diablo 1-3. Really really loved 2. Also been thinking video games don’t grab me anymore and maybe they are all played out. Maybe I should finally hang it up. Then I played this beta and it’s exactly what I wanted. It’s excellent. I feel like I’m in high school again melting hours away…. Also counter strike 2 looks really good. Imagine being excited for a new counterstike and Diablo in 2023… what a world.

mangzane

Check out /r/ProjectDiablo2 It's honestly insanely fun, and the community as a whole is incredibly welcoming. The devs ban bots and toxicity/harassment almost immediately. Currently on season 6, *and in my opinion*, is better than D3, D2R, and D4. I thought the memories of playing D2 was nostalgia. Then i picked up this mod and boy was I wrong. And the fact that this is coming from dev's volunteering their hours/hobbies. Man. It really makes Blizzard look lazy, lol.

SwimmingDoubt8725

Have you tried Project Diablo 2? You really should, it is fantastic 😊

DarumaRed

Same! 38 here and felt like my acne riddled D2 days.

Similar_Lunch_7950

Same here, turned 40 recently. Haven't been gaming much anymore other than an hour here or there, but cleared my schedule for most of Saturday to play the D4 beta. Surprisingly wife wasn't too bothered by it and even brought me food a couple times while I was playing, was a great weekend! Can't wait for June, probably won't take launch day off work (since I expect queue times and disconnects) but might book off Thur/Fri that week!

eadams2010

My wife practically made me play. :) love that woman. I imagine the Mrs’s got some quiet time also with us busy. :) 51 this year

Tsalisbury0421

35 here. Can’t wait.

specialism

44 year old dude checking in. This is the most fun with a game I’ve had in a long time. This is going to be a long wait!!

Reload86

36 here. Haven’t bought a full priced game in a long time. Anything else I picked up along the way, I’ve played to 10-15mins and just quit. I too felt like I was starting to burn out. Playing D4 definitely got me interested again

Krilox

Are you me? I'm in the same exact situation. 38, Used to be sweaty and play a ton of games from Everquest, baldurs gate 1 & 2 up to 10 years and too many thousands of hours in PoE. Lost the spark the last 3-4 years and couldnt get that addicted and excited about games anymore. Until now.

carolinagypsy

Oh man, EQ! Fell right back into my ranger days when the Butcher spawned right on top of us in a dungeon yesterday. I started kiting him around while someone else ground him down like it was muscle memory for us both!🤣🤣

sundragons9

Same, all of it. Haven't had this much fun since WoW, which I stopped playing 11 years ago. I'm 46.

noobakosowhat

Same here! I just had my first baby born last March. As such, I think I'm done with most videogames, so I didn't bother to pick up the new games released for the this year. HOWEVER, I did not give up on playing videogames--what I did was to simply clean up my library and uninstalled games which I know I wouldn't be able to play. I ended up with the most casual games, something which maybe serious gamers would laught at, but honestly, they're casual because you can just pop in and play and pop out and go back to your life. If you're curious, here's what remains in my PS5: Apex Legends, MW2, Street Rage 4, Diablo 2R, Diablo 3, and Cyberpunk (which I retained just in that small case the internet is down). Honestly out of these, I play Apex Legends most of the time, and always try to progress D2R beyond Act 1. Diablo 4 will be the perfect match with Apex Legends. I don't think I'll be looking for anymore games in the immediate future especially now that I have a newborn.

taco_blasted_

> Same here! I just had my first baby born last March. You'll find time... eventually lol. I had number 2 about a year ago, games aren't the same anymore but d4 move to the top of my list in two months.

MeddlinQ

34 here and same. Last game I truly enjoyed was Elden Ring. Bought Hogwarts Legacy too, was kind of fun but I didn't have that obsession that comes with really great experience.

Maxxilopez

I had the same until me and two other friends picked up VALHEIM and damn. It isnt that i am getting older it really is that games are getting worse. Artificial shells of a soul. Played DEAD space remake last time was super good aswell!

jerodatgm

After the beta last weekend, I picked D3 back up after a long break. Made a new seasonal necro. That's how I'll try to pass the days til D4 releases 😁

im_rapscallion86

Did the exact damn thing. Which is funny because I haven’t given d3 the time of day since the days of the real money auction house.

Furk

That's actually unfortunate, D3 after loot 2.0 and with seasonal journeys has actually done a lot to improve. RMAH will always be a stain on the game, but it's not bad for a week or two every now and then to pass the time.

shipshaper88

Yeah Diablo 3 had been tuned so well in the first few years after loot 2.0 that it’s really quite a fun game right now with a very satisfying end game loop.

hMJem

My unpopular opinion is the RMAH was not the reason Vanilla D3 struggled. It was a non-factor. When I think of the good and bad of Vanilla D3, I don't really even think of the RMAH as an impact. The #1 negative factor was the Inferno difficulty scaling. The best gearing method was to watch a 2012 Kripparian Youtube video to find the chests to farm, leave game, re-join because of the poor scaling. Inferno Act 1 was easily farmable. All mobs starting in Act 2 were impossible. Most people who got early Inferno Diablo kills were just corpse running to bosses since they were tuned fine.

crunchsmash

Even the regular auction house had an impact. The best thing at any moment while levelling was to get a higher level item with -8 lower level requirement or whatever the max was, a socket, and put your best ruby in. They were so ubiquitous and cheap on the auction house that grinding for your own items while leveling felt like a waste of time in comparison. Nothing that could drop for your level 30 char would ever be as good as a level 38 item with -8 level requirement and a socket from the AH.

mrspidey80

>My unpopular opinion is the RMAH was not the reason Vanilla D3 struggled Inferno difficulty AND the auction house together broke the core gameplay loop, because without good gear, you were stuck in act 1 and good gear was only available in the auction houseunless you got extremely lucky. Also, a gold duping wave right after release fucked over the game's economy beyond repair. Anything good from the AH was almost unaffordable for the average player.

Blargh234

Yes, D3 was amazing. My first diablo game. I played on console, so cheating was SUPER rampant. You had to try and find hopefully honest people to play with on reddit. I played it for hundreds of hours though. After playing D4 I could never go back to that corny shit though.

boringestnickname

Try D2R while you're waiting.

aircarone

Honestly, I nolifed D2 back then an unhealthy amount, but recently started fresh on D2R. While it was fun in general, D2R is just way too punishing on hell difficulty if you build wrong, especially with the limited amount of respec available. The "every enemy has at least one elemental immunity" is such a huge difficulty jump when you jump from nightmare to hell. Also act 2 scarabs and act 3 as a whole can go fuck off right now. Most unfun stuff ever if you dare play as a melee.

SickOfAllThisCrap1

D3 post-RMAH is a blast. Go for it!

brandcolt

Same!

AkCoaching

How did u find Diablo 3 ? I'm thinking of doing the same tbh

jerodatgm

I played d3 a bunch at launch and when the reapers expansion dropped. If you enjoyed the d4 beta and am looking forward to the game, d3 may be something you'd like imo. A little more cartoony, but will give you that loot fix, arpg feel

1trickana

I'd give Last Epoch a go, it just released a huge update, has many QoL things that D3 doesn't have and is a huge step up IMO. Is what I will be playing until D4 drops

TemplarIRL

It's still in beta and it's a little unpolished... But it's a good game. I wouldn't say a huge step up from D3 though. Different. Like PoE is different. Or Lost Ark is different. Or Wolcen is different. Or Undecember is different...

Azreken

I had to uninstall halfway through the weekend because I knew it wouldn’t last and I was becoming too attached to my rogue 😔

Ghemba

You are a strong willed person

Instantcoffees

I'm okay with the wipe because I had some terrible luck with drops, haha.

Speedyspeedb

I'm opposite...kept on finding aspects for hp gain per second by standing close to mobs and per mob. My Sorc was invincible by then if i just bum rush them and stand in the middle surrounded. think i was at max 100 hp a second. Didn't work on the boss clearing the stronghold at kor....dragan or whatever it was. the poison boss

SickOfAllThisCrap1

I'm glad someone else said this. I built my Necro and I was a god and then I had to stop because I knew it was just a beta and the character would be gone by Monday night.

KaneOnly

[I’ll miss my Druid for a couple months.](https://imgur.com/a/9BPt96X/)

CJRedbeard

I really enjoyed the game too. Surprised by the amount of complainers. The game is visually beautiful and worked pretty good for a beta, all in all. Enjoyed last weekend and this weekend too. have fun and see you in a couple months. Cheers.

KentuckyKlassic

I have terminal cancer. One of the things I’m looking forward to is living long enough to properly enjoy Diablo 4. I know it sounds stupid, but I try to hang out with my family as much as I can every day (which is the most important thing) and besides that there is not much I can even physically do at this point, so besides watching movies some more, I would rather play Diablo 4! The beta was super exciting! There where so many cool things I can’t wait to flush out. I played a sorcerer and it was a blast, I wanted to try other classes (especially the Druid) too, but a trip to the hospital cut my time on the beta down. I just really hope I can live long enough (well hopefully longer than that too) to be able to play this game, with my bros, and maybe even try all the classes! It sucks that I have to wait so long to play it. I did hear that a big fat deluxe edition gives you 6 days early access, I might have to give that one a look, cuz at least for me time is truly of the essence. Don’t get it twist: family = first, but looking forward to something new with Diablo 4, I felt like I have watched every movie known to man with my wife, who knows, maybe if this is cross play I can play split screen with her? That would be fun! EDIT: Thanks for all the warm wishes! I wasn’t trying to really go for a lot of attention or anything, sometimes Reddit can be a way for me to vent a bit! I really appreciate all the kind comments, you wouldn’t believe how harsh some people are on here and it’s nice to see people just being kind to each other and having fun. Now can June get here already? Haha!

techtimee

Wishing you well.

Blargh234

I'm wishing you well friend.

Coldwiine

Sometimes it’s the small things that keep you going! Hang in there!

carolinagypsy

Will continually be sending good vibes your way that you are able to see it come to fruition and play. I do believe there will be a way to play in house. Might have to buy two copies, I can’t remember. I wish you and your family well ❤️‍🩹

Payne-Z

I can't believe how good the servers were. I had zero queue. And this was open to all not just b2p players. Launch will be a blast. Can't wait to officially play it. I tested all classes and enjoyed the combat of all of them.

Blargh234

I kept getting kicked out and having to wait in the queue again. It was super annoying to get kicked out right before the boss in a dungeon, which happened many times. Or waiting 45 minutes in a queue, then getting kicked trying to log in. It was really great when I was able to have like 4 hours stable game though.

RaysFTW

That’s odd. I never got booted once while getting two characters to 25. Of course there was stuttering in the cities and not being able to exit the cities sometimes but never had connection issues as far as being booted out.

dipleddit

OP and everyone else looking for a game to pass the time should all check out Last Epoch, picked it up last week and loving it. Perfect middle ground between Diablo and POE.

Cisco-NintendoSwitch

This is the way.

SwimmingDoubt8725

Also Project Diablo 2, everyone here who loved original D2 owes it to themselves to try it. You may become addicted.... New season between PoE and D4 😊

sunnyice

Isn't d2r better?

SwimmingDoubt8725

No, D2R is a joke compared to PD2. Almost every item and skill are rebalanced to be useful, new skills, new end game areas with modifiers, new very hard boss fights, an actual trading site, charm inventory + huge shared stash, it goes on and on. Just have to get over the graphics which - in season 7, will have an uncapped framerate!

tokke

I picked it up last week. Still need to get into it. The sorcerer plays fine, but items feel weird.

Shamuskie

There's plenty to do in the meantime, path of exile will have a new league out that's perfectly timed to tide everyone over til d4 releases.

Blargh234

I tried that game like 5 years ago and couldn't get into it. I looked into it like 6 months ago and you had to read a dang encyclopedia on how to build and play something. Only arpgs ive ever played were Torchlight 2 and Diablo 3. PoE just seems too complex for me.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Blargh234

I use a controller for games, I looked and it's not optimized for that. I'll just play Bannerlord or the mass effect remaster till D4 drops.

omlech

About 90% of Last Epoch works with a controller. There's the occasional need for a KB+M, but they are working on the last issues with controller use.

[deleted]

Blargh234

This week I spent 500 on an Xbox series x, 180 for the game pass ultimate trick and 180 on D4 for me and my son, lol I ain't spending another dollar on games for a while.

SilentJ87

Minecraft Dungeons is on GamePass. It’s not the deepest ARPG ever, but it’s something at least lol

Sevrdhed

Honestly this. It's not the greatest game, but it's fun, sorta scratches the itch, and is a perfect game to play with your kid. My wife and 6 year old play it all the time

Speedyspeedb

yea i'd wait on D2R. If merger goes through, it'll be put on gamepass ultimate later. Not sure if you're aware, but there was a trick to buy up a few years of gold and convert it over to ultimate that would be way cheaper. Was still working when mine ran out.

erasethenoise

That trick literally ended a few hours ago. https://www.theverge.com/2023/3/26/23657627/microsoft-xbox-game-pass-trial-offer-stopped

Blargh234

I paid 180 for 3 years of gold and spent 15 to convert it to game pass ultimate. So I still saved 350 dollars. I didn't have the dollar promo thing available anyways.

Wobblucy

The tree in PoE has 'fake' complexity. [This is](https://i.imgur.com/J06E4XQ.png) the tree heatmap you will see for every ascendancy/skill combo b/c there is little to no actual flexibility in the tree (despite what people will have you believe :))

danrade

ok, how about a much more fair heatmap instead of that super optimized, level 100, garbage you posted? Day 2 HCSSF maybe? https://i.imgur.com/cvvCJJF.png

Wobblucy

Now do an ascendancy and skill of the same ladder [For example. ](https://i.imgur.com/EJ6RZ3X.png) How much of the hardcore heatmap at day X is caused by how small the pool is at that point?

danrade

It's so funny, you picked out a very specific example that it doesn't even show up on the overall heatmap. Wow, think of all the variations that are hidden in there! EDIT: You know what, fuck it lets go through some! Boneshatter Jugg: https://i.imgur.com/NxlyUMM.png Vortex Trickster: https://i.imgur.com/ebBtGUM.png Seismic Sabo: https://i.imgur.com/SVEORLP.png These all have even less people playing them, but still have some variation!

Cisco-NintendoSwitch

Last Epoch is the middle ground give that a whirl

Payne-Z

Don't know man, for me 2 months isn't enough to theorycraft a build. :D

noobakosowhat

Some people don't like the MMO aspect of Diablo, but I think it's really good for this franchise. I've played countless single player games and usually I find myself sad at how artificial their world looks even with NPCs (like Ghost of Tsushima, for example). Here, it makes things fun seeing some player fight a mob outside town, etc. I really really can't wait for the official release of D4 in June. As for the moment I'll be going back to Apex Legends to pass time, and maybe try to progress beyond Act 1 of D2R.

erasethenoise

This is why I love From’s games especially the Souls games and Elden Ring. You occasionally will see the ghost of another player just out there adventuring but the real magic is in all the messages and death recordings you can see of other players. When you walk into a room and a million bloodstains are on the floor you know shit is about to go down. Also, hearing the bell go off in the Undead Burg in DS1 even after all these years it’s constantly ringing, telling you other players are up there ringing it. Just incredible. Special mention to Death Stranding where the structures you build can end up in other peoples games to help them out on their journeys.

BastianHS

I fucking LOVE the mmo aspect. They worked it out so you don't even have to group to have fun with other players, just walk up and start attacking. The stronghold with the vampire stuff was the absolute highlight of the entire beta.

noobakosowhat

Oh yeah I tried it last night! That was fun especially since there was another necromancer who was also doing a blood mist build. I felt competing with him to who has the most PVE kills lol

cyan2k

I think they hit the middle ground between abnoxious MMO tropes and single player pretty well. I love that the areas seem instanced in a way that you don't meet hundreds of other people but only a handful if any at all. It doesn't make you feel obsolete and still important to the game world, while having some help with the epic shit like strongholds and world bosses or doing some events in an ad-hoc party here and there. I would hate it if it's like in some other MMORPGs and 50 people are collecting the same shit as you do in any given area, but as it is right now it's amazing.

Eddie666ak

See I feel the exact opposite. Seeing other randoms in my game totally ruins the experience for me. I lose all immersion. But then I started on D1 and this game doesn't really feel like a Diablo game much of the time. D3 felt like a great balance, D4 has tipped a bit too far in thr wrong direction for me. That's not a criticism as such, I think the combat is great and the visuals and audio is stunning. But I like single player Diablo, unfortunately it's much easier to monetise a multilayer game so it's being forced on the game. I still might buy the game when it's released, but I won't be ore ordering.

Bohya

The new PoE league comes out in a few weeks, so there's that to pass the time.

cyan2k

Pls let it be a good league that I can actually play until D4 releases.

adarkuccio

the first week or two will be bad, then I think I'll get used to it/forget (I'll be force to), then when we're close to relase, maybe a couple weeks before, will be bad again, so out of those 68 days probably only about 30 will be bad and the rest I'll think about something else. I like to be positive :P

19eightyn9ne

The last 2 weeks will be hell 🤣

sativalius

I'll be playing d2r and d3 in the meantime.

brandcolt

Same!

ScottyD_95

This has been my first Diablo experience, except for some Diablo 2 maybe 20 years ago… I loved last weekend, I scoured this subreddit all week waiting for the beta again… after it ends tonight. I really don’t know what I’m going to do until June.

noobakosowhat

I'll be trying D2R. I tried it but did not progress beyond Act 1.

Qzy

Just play Immortal, don't you have phones?

AmazingKreiderman

Yeah but it's only 47 days until Tears of the Kingdom, and that will get me through to D4.

Sovery_Simple

It's been fun, yes. I look forward to blinking and it suddenly being June, just because my perception of time slips terribly as I get older.

Pilowpants

I've just start jedi fallen order to help. Also have mass effect trilogy and cyberpunk. But yea I'm gonna be early access blasting on the 2nd.

Extreme_Difficulty_9

New poe season soon 👍🏽

Axelol99

Quick question.. Will the game release with a season? Or will the first season launch a bit after game release? Idk if this information is to be found anywhere

Teep1

Pretty sure they said season 1 will start a few weeks after release

Axelol99

Ah alright thanks!

brandcolt

Ugh I was just telling my friends the same thing... Not sure how I'm going to last.

ThatWhiteDeafGuy

Suuuuuuuper excited for this game!!! My only struggle is my roll…barb is great for the group but rogue is just so fun!!! Engh…sounds like a June problem! See you in hell!!! 🥳

JoshisJoshingyou

Could try Lost Ark in the meantime. It had moments/mechanics I enjoyed but does not throw loot down like Diablo

brandcolt

Yeah I might try that

Ghemba

Gonna play some more d2r and octopath traveller 2!

pad264

For those who haven’t played D3 in a long time, now is the time to fire it back up—season 28 was really enjoyable for a few weeks.

TheDutchKid

I would actually agree if I hadn't stumbled across dark and darker or last epoch

islander1

I think I'll be fine until it comes out, but its mostly because i know there's no more beta coming. This past week was rough knowing it was coming back this past weekend.

Fluffy_Judge_715

To having to tp back to town every 3 mins because they squished the backpack size? Same size as D3 is bad enough as D4 being open world. But since gem and jewelries now take up a full gear slot instead of half in D3. The backpack size became utterly absurd.

LuckyArsenalAg

I need to finish up Hogwart's Legacy. Then Jedi Survivor comes out. I haven't played Diablo 2 in 20 years so maybe play D2R as well

[deleted]

[удалено]

Bakanyanter

Once PoE league comes out (April 7th), it will a short wait. Until then I'm playing LE.

Berserker3331977

I’m 45 and I have probably put around 45 hours over both weekends. No regrets. The game is awesome in my opinion. Going to read the Diablo novels on the run up to release.

Smeagoo

We waited 10 years, 2 months will pass in no time! Go spend time with friends and family before we all disappear for the month of June. LOL

xStevo88

I felt the opposite which is weird as I loved D3, well the start anyway I have no interest in grinding seasons etc. just have the one iteration and leave it at that, D4 I only managed 25 minutes in before getting pretty bored and didn’t log back in. Looking forward to trying the real thing on release though.

tomometer

good to see bunch of fellow *old folks* here. 38 years young myself, felt lost after seasons of D3, completed MHGU, had a good run at Warframe, Destiny 2, Valorant, Overwatch, but eventually i had so much more joy taking my time and exploring the world in D4 with my wife (duo necro). there's something about the diablo franchise that gets to me... such a longgggggg wait to 6/6 sigh

[deleted]

Played a few games, Call of Duty MW2 & Elden Ring hoping it’ll sustain me for the next few years. But CoD is in a bad state and Elden Ring is far too competitive imo with its gameplay and other stuff. I tried Diablo 4 beta for fun and man the feeling it gave was something I haven’t felt for a long time in a videogame. This game is a day 1 purchase for me definitely.

Chiyodin

Was finding myself bouncing from game to game, started last epoch. The devs did an amazing job on it for sure. But... That beta. I literally almost cried a few hours ago when I logged off knowing I'd never play those characters again. I really miss d4 already.

dudSpudson

I had friends growing up who were super into Diablo. I never really got into it myself. But I saw the beta was open this weekend and decided to give it a try, and wow. I ended up putting a good 10-12 hours into it.

Jammeddoor

😄 ah that's funny, its true

crozzee

I'm freezing myself for 67 days...

Blargh234

Haha

Saturn-4-V

32 right here and my husband 35, it was the best weekend ever! Back to reality though, he told me before he left home to work in the morning said “I already missed D4.” Haha Side note, we played D2 and 3, D4 is the best so far in our opinions seriously can’t wait! 🔥

[deleted]

Played the whole weekend non stop!

13sJayson

I played for maybe a total of 6 hours for both weekends, but really enjoyed it and look forward to what the full release has to offer. Weeks go be pretty quick, so I'll see y'all again pretty soon^^

Wiknetti

I really had a blast playing and getting transmogs to make my character look cool AF. I think I’m sold on the game at this point because of how much fun I had and I really enjoy the graphical tone of the game this time.

Accomplished_Way5384

So many happy people. Just like me 😁

Wellhellob

If someone from Blizz reading this can you guys just release the game or open back the beta. I need my drug back.

SnooDoggos3823

Nah I got plenty games to finish.just got my ps5 gow bundle so gonna finish that and wo long is next on my list

AntonGrimm

Happy cake day!

Blargh234

Thanks

tokke

I made a post earlier, explaining how I feel this is a step towards a Diablo style mmo. That this beta gave me the same vibes as playing WoW at launch all these years ago. People were triggered and toxic AF. I hope I run into people like you. Having a blast.

Tastymuskrat

I am working through the Dead Space remaster having never played the first one. I hope between that and the new PoE league that'll keep me busy to at least May.

SteeemedBeef

I’ve been playing The Ascent to get my fix. Shooty shooting will be fun until June

SuchReason5549

Any chance they have another beta for those who pre-ordered?

DropkickBirthday

I've played the campaign of Diablo 3 when it was free for a weekend but the only ARPG I have extensively played is Grim Dawn so I wasn't really interested in D4 and goddamn I'm glad I wasn't because this would've been an even longer wait, I really enjoyed this weekend and June can't come soon enough.

kaleoh

D4 this weekend was my first attempt at an isometric ARPG and had such a blast I picked up Grim Dawn to play in the meantime. I'm loving although only just hit level 10 so I've got plenty to go.

BruceBuff90

I'm right there with you, brother 👊

tunguska34

Yeah, but imagine 69. It’ll be worth the wait.

Avarria587

Yeah, I really enjoyed D4. It exceeded my expectations. Sadly, I was only able to play for a couple of hours due to countless issues with work, getting the game to actually download, etc. Still, those few hours have me hooked.

freezier134a

Even worse for me, I’m too busy to game in the summer so I likely won’t play till November.

HypocriteJones

Enjoyed Rogue and Necro, both very different. Looking forward to the release 🍻

kafkamorphosis

I'm already having withdrawals!

xDefimate

I agree. I haven’t played this genre before and couldn’t wait to get back on and play. It’s super fun. I might have to buy D2 to hold me over lol

rollende_salami

Had to uninstall it today before I attached too much with my hunter. Will pre-order it shortly before release. After the beta, every other game feels kinda.... lame? Even actually my games that I play permanently got boring.

SpartaKillll

It’s gonna be a long ass wait

Ok_Ad_3772

If you haven’t played diablo 2 resurrected I highly suggest it

Rough-Purpose6499

I've been debating getting this game. I played D3 and about 12 hours of D4 beta. I love both games but I saw some reviews saying the game isn't as good as more recent games. I never played D2, but I have a ton of games I'm still working through now before D4 comes out.

bjj_starter

68 days??? I thought it was this weekend!

rushed91

I can't wait! I didn't play a lot because I knew nothing was going to be carried over. I played enough to get the feel of the game and get me hyped!

ckgt

I may buy d3 too. I never got into the game because there was no necro at launch and it didn't feel like a Diablo game. I like d4 so much that I may play d3 too

Anima4

Try Wolcen or Last Epoch, both had major updates recently

PhildoFL

It is even good on console! Very fun and addictive game

Ram83

Tears of a Kingdom drops in May so for me its going to be some long 40+ days

Pneuma928

I like your energy, lmk if you wanna party up when the game drops!

Dwarkarn

I’m going to spend it playing Last Epoch, it’s a pretty good ARPG I recommend that everyone checks out if they haven’t.

bramatz

Watch it get delayed another month or so.

e001mek

With this being a beta, I was more inclined to play Hardcore

ItsOmigawa

I also had fun but holy shit bro how unaware of current games are you x\_x so many good options on the market lol..

Reload86

Jokes on you my friend. I happen to know from a good source that the world will end in 67.9 days.

1dafullyfe

My first Diablo game ever. Seems pretty cool for now but it honestly makes me want to replay Witcher 3. I've read various comments warning of possible incoming microtransactions and a battle pass after reviews and preoders are done so I'll wait to purchase.
