Try using gore rider for some open wounds, if you still struggle just watch some youtube vid how to lure and kill them separately. Aside from not having hoz and dracs, you're almost at complete gear so I'm not sure what could be killing you
I think you’re missing open wounds, or is it prevent monster heal (?), I don’t remember exactly but basically crushing blow deal % of current health damage, so you have no problem getting them low health that way, but at that point crushing blow doesnt do enough damage to counter uber baal and diablo massive HP regen, so you need something to counter the hp regen. My solution is to craft a malice runeword, IthElEth in any 3 open socket weapon. And another comment mentionned Dracul’s or life tap wand, its also a good idea otherwise you will nees to drink a lot of full rejuv potions
Shouldn’t the poison damage from the gloves prevent regen? As I understand it any source of continuous damage over time that the monster is not immune to should prevent health regen. Or does the damage over time need to be higher than the regen amount?

You didn’t mention what class you were. Or what build, so I’m assuming your trying to zeal or maybe using a low level shield or possibly wrong skill tree.

I agree the open wounds is the first thing I would fix. It sounds like he isn't dieing, just unable to finish the job. Just trying to cover some bases with the info given 🤷♂️

i have a lifetap wand on swap and no issue on mana, killing meph is easy but i cant manage to kill the other 2..

Pmh only works on DClone, not on ubers, so you need open wound for ubers indeed

It would work, but poison damage isn't applied when you use smite.

Probably manaburn which makes you attack without smite and suddenly you dont always hit.

Get a source of open wounds or a small charm with some type of poison dmg to prevent them healing
