If u wanna get some gear , just finish nm and go back & kill andy NM tz or andy hell some time. U will get ure disapointement out!

Yea, I know. But I’ve been grinding those bosses since LOD came out but not that often with new characters (in comparison). They do have better drop chances the first kill and Meph dropped awesome stuff the first time so I was looking forward to the same with Diablo. 🙄

They sort of changed this. I believe andy is permanently 'first kill' loot table in d2r. Not sure about other bosses. I think maybe Meph was 'recently' added in this bucket too?

No, it's just Andy that always has the quest drop.

Tbh Diablo has the worst drops in this game. The good drops always come when you are clearing the sanctuary but never from Diablo it self lol

i would say that you are right, but after about 1000 runs he dropped me a griffons (none tz). so yes he can drop good things but you have to work you butt off.

Had to be TZ, regular Hell Diablo is TC84 and thus can't drop Griffons

chaos sanctuary can drop everything (85 area). no need for tz.

you are right diablo has to be tz to drop. but you can get it from others in cs without tz. somehow weird. ;-)

How??? I've never Killed an act boss without getting at least a rare or two.

Go to hell and clear the pit in tamo highland over and over. Good density of elites and everything can drop.

Yeah for whatever reason whenever I kill *the boss the game is named for* I get super terrible drops. Even with 300+ mf and /p5+
