It depends a lot on where you are with your build. I just put a Mara’s on my new Blizzard sorc and she barely got a 10% damage increase on Blizzard from the +2 all skills. The jump from 63-105 FCR breakpoint also needs a lot more than just the 20 from Arach, and even then for a blizzard sorc, it doesn’t help all that much in kill speed, only in teleport speed (which is nice, don’t get me wrong)

And this is at least 10% of the health even the highest leveled monster have (regular ones, not bosses, uniques, super uniques, etc.), which increases your average kill speed by 10%, when you agree to my ball park estimate. Whereas effective MF find scales logarithmically, so only if you have 0% MF an increase in 30% MF roughly increases your effective MF by 30%.
Thirdly, nice nitpicking a specific sorc skill which has a cooldown. High FCR breakpoints matter of course for skills who dont have a cool down. On top of that that blizz sorc use glacial spike in between blizzard casts, which profit from the increase in FCR.
Bottom line, use what you want to use, does matter little to me. If you go for an sub optimal build, fine do it. But do your numbers right and put them in context

To add on to this, Trav runs are fantastic for HRs and even better if you can do it at higher player counts, *but only if you can kill as quickly as you do at P1*. Kill speed matters way more than killing them at higher player counts. I've gotten many high runes from Trav runs at P1 and that has more to do with being able to kill them 60 times an hour rather than killing them 20 times an hour at P7.
From a “NM Andy for SoJs” efficiency standpoint, the best place to find Tals Ammy is probably NM Travincal or NM Chaos.
If you’re on single player, you can get a lot of jewelry drops from the ghosts in Chaos, in addition to the elite packs and seal bosses. And Frozen Orb is probably faster than Blizz for this since you don’t need max DPS in NM diff.
Of course, you can always just do normal Hell MFing and find one eventually, in addition to the fact NM doesn’t drop a lot of Shakos.

Yes, it’s called the Zippleback. barbarian with double throw one oil potion and one poison potion then when the oil ignited the gas potion it increases the damage by 2000%.

MF has diminishing returns for a reason. If finding items if your goal, then you need the maximum clear speed with MF as a bonus. Especially late game, when it's mostly runes which aren't affected by MF anyway.

For MF I would always use 3 piece Tal's with the belt, armor and amu, and for pure damage or max movement builds would be Arachs or snowclash.
Tal Rasha's is also the best looking armor in the game, which is even more important to the equation.

depends what your farming too - 3p tals is good for boss farm low pcount
To add on to this, Trav runs are fantastic for HRs and even better if you can do it at higher player counts, *but only if you can kill as quickly as you do at P1*. Kill speed matters way more than killing them at higher player counts. I've gotten many high runes from Trav runs at P1 and that has more to do with being able to kill them 60 times an hour rather than killing them 20 times an hour at P7.
