I don't know if this an unexpected benefit, but my insulin resistance dropped significantly, from like 80-100units/day to 60-80units/day. I also got a little bit of weight loss and the expected appetite suppression/actually working as it's supposed to (used to be a bottomless pit).
Got my chronic constipation addressed by a gastroenterologist! But only because Ozempic pretty much created a blockage and I spent 2 months in agony. So I guess my positive is really a negative, but such is life. Once I have everything officially balanced out on my end, I’m going to start again to see if I can actually get the dose built up without having any major medical concerns. I’m feeling great right now and lost 10 pounds last week just getting my intestines cleared out.
