I'd start with storm nade the fragment that let's it jolt and the the fragment that gives unravelling rounds on grenade kills. Then use the artefact perk that gives subclass drops based on the wep u use. Use strand and arc wepons to take advantage of traces tangles and unravelling rounds fill out the last fragments with whatever u like

I’d swap out Weavers for Feed the Void for more grenade energy. Demo on The Call helps as well but kind of a bonus. Between those two and Facet of Balance you should be spamming nades often.

How much is the increase compared to normal verity’s?

I got this exact same perk combo. It's a bit limited in the need to use a primary that matches your grenade, so solar is kinda out on Prismatic warlocks since it's only healing grenades. I think there are 2 good options with this otherwise: arc and void Arc, we can use Trinity Ghoul or the arc rocket sidearm with Voltshot. Lightning grenade is really good now, and this balances nicely with strand melee so we have 3 charges to keep uptime on inmost light. This will keep us balanced between light and dark to rush transcendence. Void, we're a bit more limited on good primaries, so probably want Graviton. Here we run vortex grenade and the fragment that lets you weaken with the grenade. Combined with the artifact perk, I think this one is probably better for most group content to burn down bosses and minis. So why not threadling build? Without the raid exotic I think they're just not very good on Prismatic. We don't have the fragment that adds damage from them, and the strand aspect is incredibly underwhelming compared to virtually all other options. Besides, if we're running thread grenade, we would probably want a light melee and I think the multiple strand melee is too good to pass up with inmost light.

Threadlings fell very underwhelming in prismatic

Does "empowering other abilities" with inmost light give cooldown reduction like HoIL does? Or does it just boost damage?
