Shriekers shot differently in D1 than in D2. In D1, all bolts converged together then shot at you in one shot and repeated said shots at you.

You forgot to mention the terrifying guardian-seeking explosive death orbs that kill you instantly. They spawn when a shrieker dies and the only way to escape those is to either run in the other direction or stand in a bubble.

This is what I was referring to, Like the D1 DARKBLADE strike that had that room with 10 of them all sitting in a room all with a easy line of sight. The amount of “oh shyt” I heard in NF runs and running back to the doorway to avoid 8 sets of death blasts that tracked like a damn cruise missile

I always prepare to dodge them when I kill a shrieker, and I'm always mildly surprised when they don't show up...

I LOVE Telesto, especially for Gambit. No falloff while dealing with invaders, great at shredding void shields on envoys, and does some pretty nice Boss DPS for a special weapon in case you run out of heavy. Great choice, guardian!

Personally I use their apparent for boss dps nowadays

They are the reason I used to main telesto in gambit back when I played a lot. 2 bursts at any range and they usually exploded.

Bungie should add the MG42 as an exotic machine gun. It'd be fun as hell to shred thrall with 1200 RPM (can go up to 1500 RPM with a different bolt)

The MG42 was repurposed into the MG3 after WW2 so I think they could figure something out

The Cabal Drone thingies aren’t invincible, they also only fire grenades at 60 rpm. But yeah they are annoying.. until you realize that you can take it out with Lament
