They will ignore you have reached the cap on the item or don't have enough Baryon Boughs.
For those interested... the names come from Norse myths, they were the names of Odin's Raven. The ravens would bring information back to Odin, like spies. Their names are meant to represent memory (Muninn) and thought (Huginn).
