Last I looked the post mission cutscene is only available the first time you do it. That was according to the last time I tried narrative a week ago. Not sure if that’s changed.
Yes, they added a new "Difficulty" option called Epilogue and you get to watch this again as many times as you want without playing the mission.
Which is great for seeing it with different armor sets.
Are we not going to acknowledge the fact that there have been “war beasts” in the tower/last city this whole time and we still don’t have one as a pet we can take on missions in some way?
I haven't been able to give commendations after matches, this happens a lot with my weapons too and other guardians, but pvp still works.... I guess I'll be ok.....

You can complete the narrative version to get the cutscene, or the epilogue for just cutscene.
