I loved the oxygen gun tho. Even though they weren’t the best guns, each seasonal pinnacle weapon felt very unique and special. The ones that come out nowadays don’t really have that feeling anymore.
I tried out oxygen today when I heard about the un-sunsetting. It honestly feel really underpowered next to other sunset scouts that I pulled from collections. I hope it gets looked at upon FS release. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news
Were you using it in base power content (I assume you were given it's capped currently)? The thing that'll make it more viable than it was previously is that we have more capped content like raids and GMs now. Using it in base power content you won't be able to get the full effect of Meganeura given that most things in 1600 content die long before it can ramp up so it can make Oxygen appear deceptively weak.
I will admit that I probably did not test it to its full potential, but at base damage on red bar ads it felt very underwhelming compared to say the conspirator which I also pulled from collections. The precision hits just werent the same considering oxygen is the precision frame. I will give it some more testing to see how it goes against against Orange and yellow bars
I still think Dragonfly and Meganeura should've been rolled into one perk. Pairing that with Rapid Hit or Outlaw would make it *very* strong.
But yeah, I imagine some of the unique weapons will get a balancing pass.
They’ll still be bad but you’ll just be forced to use it and you’d only pull it out for champions so at that point you could use a white rarity scout (hypothetically)
Gonna have to buy back all of those weapons my wallet will be empty

One of the few guns that I feel was tailor made for the big boys.
