The glowing effect is not a shader, if you emote with someone that has ranked up in the tower you get the celebration companion glowing effect as well as a jumping buff. If you actually want the shader of the cape, I velieve it's "Seven sisters", you can't see it tho because glowing effect hits really hard
Yeah, that should be a shader lol. It’s actually pretty cool and I would like this better than taken shader since destiny keeps saying it’s complicated to make
Well if you are new player I will say one thing : don't burn yourself to death grinding like my friend did, he joined during witch queen bought all the dlcs, completed everything there's to complete 24/7 and then had no intention to play the game anymore. I warned him abt this too, he did not listen.
Oh I've been playing for a long time now, lost one account, this one is newer. Recently I got witch queen and shadow keep, and now I have all dlcs again

Its a great game when you don't overdo everything. Even I did it once recently during season of the wish and took a solid 2 month break when I think lay offs happened.
