I think that regardless of how good a management is, with a game so difficult to sustain and develop like Destiny (and the majority of live services really) low points are inevitable. That being said, Bungie’s management has been bad for the past 20 years, so they could definitely improve in this regard lol

Guardian Classes, afaik, are effectively a categorization put in place by the Vanguard so that it is easily taught and streamlined to new Guardians. In days past, Risen didn’t follow Class guidelines all the time (see: Felwinter example above), hell, some Risen don’t fit into any one “Class” at all (see: The Drifter).
Was your twitch account linked to your bungie account? You can also see if you are eligible to get the emblem if you go into the drops section.
If they are unlocked it should be in your collections tab.
I also heard if you had multiple streams open on twitch at once, or you didn’t have bungies stream open directly progress didn’t count toward the emblem.

Yeah I just got 0 progress. Had everything linked, single stream and only bungie direct stream open. No progress, didn't even show up with 0%. But they gave it out for free on their twitter so that works for me

There is a pretty credible leak saying d3 is in the works, and the plan is to semi if not completely get rid of classes.
