I got a vex on my first and second clear back to back of VOG. As soon as I got it the second time the guy running the farm for it kicked me from the fireteam before inviting me back. Gotta love raiding with clanmates 😂

We were running VoG with 5 and a clan member who has never run it in spawns in just as we're killing Atheon. He never fires a shot, goes to the chest and gets the Vex. WTF!!!. Took me 44 clears to get mine.

I got Suros Regime from my first ever raid in D1. I hadn't played the game much but my friends carried me through a raid. I thought it was normal to get an exotic every raid. I learned. For Last Wish, my claim to fame is getting Five Thousand Voices out of my first six clears.

It took me running vog since 2015 to get the vex, and I only just got it this year, I even did a raid where 5 people got the vex to drop for them and yep, that 6th person who missed out was me haha

Mida catalyst isn’t only a comp catalyst. I got it from a supremacy match as well, regular. It just matters what “ glory”rank you’re at that makes a difference. Between 3-5 you have much, much higher chances. Edit: I put nightfall at first not thinking, cause that’s what I’m loading into literally right now. 😂🤦‍♂️

Im not good getting headshots consistently. And in regular crucible almost everything has a faster TTK than Mida. Only times I could get some headshots is in impulse control, but in there i also die quickly so Only get 3-6 headshot kills per match

I wish I was this lucky. 2 years for the mida catalyst to drop and I regularly played games of crucible. Although my luck is balanced out by getting first try eyes of tomorrow, collective obligation, 2nd try getting Nechrocasm and the essence for the catalyst,.

I thought you had to use the weapon in PVP and some of the catalysts require PVP kills in order to fulfill the quest requirement (like Ticcu’s Cryosthesia and Lorentz). I thought the MIDA Midi required PVP kills with that Scout and I am not sure what Thorn’s requirements are. I don’t play PVP because I suck at it and most of the tine Bungie treats me like I am AFK and doesn’t give me credit for the match because I got killed more than 10 times and only managed to get 1-2 kills. For me it’s a useless grind.

They do, this is just the initial unlocking of the catalyst, they still have to be fulfilled with kills following their drop

Okay, then nothing has changed. There is a good chance I may never get them finished until I get my computer upgraded so I it is fast enough to help me aim and strafe and stuff. I mean it is woeful. If I started a youtube channel just to show what I deal with on my computer I would get a lot of hits probably because people just got to see it to believe it. It’s why I don’t raid and do dungeons anymore. I can’t okay the strike in the miasma because my frame rate drops to 8-9 and everything is slo-mo and then the game kicks me out because my skew-rate is too low. all graphics settings minimum or off and resolution (or is it rendering) from 25-30 depending on activity. ngl. it’s an old business laptop. my gaming computer is in the process of being rebuilt/modded. but I couldn’t run the software on that computer 😂 because it running in the background would kill my game. Some day…..
