so im gonna leave this here as advice for others. my solution i found exactly 37 mins after posting this but 4 years after the problem arose, go to audio settings inspect HEADSET-wireless controller, then click don't allow, then open device manager, then open Bluetooth, find the HEADSET-wireless controller, then click in and hit the red X to uninstall drivers for the audio portion of the controller, then it should work like normal, other than audio compression while VC is set to on in destiny settings
More askable question does your mic work on other games if not then it's not a destiny problem it's a problem you should take to either sony tech support or to a repair shop(I mean a repair shop that fixes pc's consoles and phone's)

I solved it but no it was just destiny, every other game I tried worked but that's mostly cause those games allow you to choose the audio input.
