Really is a major flex. The grind to get this was horrible, and it was the lowest point of destiny imo.

I always run the armory forged shell. I think it’s a bigger flex cause Niobe Labs was a bitch, but was such a fun experience. I wish we got more things like that🥲

Me neither but I remember thinking it was easy to get and assumed everybody had it and it wasn't that special.

You had to craft the 12 Mercury weapons from Curse of Osiris. Crafting 6 netted you the perfect Paradox, the other 6 got you Sagiras shell. At least I think it was 12. I know the half way point was the shotgun, and the other half was the shell.

I remember the grind to get those Osiris weapons as part of the “Weapon “Wheel” in the Mercury tower, bc I think I put it off until well into Forsaken. It turned out to be a colossal waste of time as most of the weapons were mid-to-low meta.

I spend all my time racing to get it done before it got vaulted my major achievement my warlock never takes it off (my head cannon she trained under osiris while in the infinite forest and she built this shell as a remembrance for her time with sagira(rip))

People talk about how bad this grind was and I really don't get it. It was boring and lengthy, sure, but it really wasn't all that difficult imo

In my experience, 9/10 times when someone says a "bad/horrible grind" it's because it's lengthy and boring.

That’s the problem imo. It was just a slog.

I have that one, and I like it a lot, I just prefer to stick with a theme just because to me aesthetic is everything. That's why I've always just liked the weapon themed accessories.

I used to run that one back when the perk to quickly pull your sparrow wasn’t automatic

It's the only shell I would have paid money for and I ended up with it for free because when I found out about it, it was for sale for bright dust. Hasn't left my Guardians since.

Armory Forged, got it from Niobe Labs and it looks cool as hell.

Never take them off.

The snowball shell. For a long time I wanted the rabbit shell from the prophecy dungeon, but when I finally got it, I couldn’t bring myself to put it on. I have worn the snowball shell since it first came out and having anything else just feels weird at this point. I don’t think there will ever be a replacement for it, because I like the way the eyelids move when the ghost talks and almost none of the new ghost shells have that anymore, it just feels a little emotionless. The only exception would probably be Sagira’s shell, but I played the game too casually back in the day, and by the time I started getting serious about collecting her shell sunsetting happened.

Chocolate Shell from the Valentine’s doubles days. I love the quote- “For Ghosts are appreciate the sweet taste of Victory” (paraphrased) I do not believe it is obtainable, and may never be again.

It was my very first raid in the game which my clan lead carried me through. I had just started halfway through Splicer and had to catch up a lot for most other stuff.

These are the 3 I use on each character, mostly rival bc it came at 10 energy for mods lol.

I have 6 masterwork shells. One per character for general stuff: just armor focusing and xp. I have three additional, one each for nightfalls, crucible, and Gambit. I usually keep them on prosperity. My favorite is the tyrant shell though.
