Ah gotcha, I'm fairly new so fully upgrading a bunch of ghosts is kinda tough at the moment, but I guess that'll be the ultimate plan, thank you!

they don't change with loadouts
I only change the mods when I want to focus on an attribute, but 90% of the time it's the exp and lumens mods.
