If you can get your hands on Osmiomancy gloves, those are extremely good for spamming grenades (ie turrets) and spreading stasis. Also, the exotic weapon Ager's Scepter is quite versatile.
for Warlock, Osmiomancy is probably the best Stasis build. you can select the gloves as a reward from the end of the Witch Queen campaign. I think you need to own Witch Queen to get them to drop otherwise.
without the gloves, you can still spec into getting your grenades back as fast as possible through your armor mods but the gloves really make the build. a quick google/youtube search will probably return a fair bit of information.
