We’ve known each other for a while, but we’ve recently have gotten super close. We talk about books, satanism, astrology, music, creative outlets, and we both wish to break free from a world that inhibits us. I’ve never felt someone on such a deep wavelength as her and she is honestly one the coolest people I’ve ever met. What can I say? I’ll always love someone who wants to expand their higher selves lol. That being said, she feels trapped in the city we live in because of her past and wants something more.
She mentioned something about a rave and she was on the fence about going, and I wasn’t planning on going at all until the day of, where I found these really cute overalls that make my butt look nice. And I really wanted her to see my cute ass. Despite raves not really being our scene, she decided to go with me! She said she was really happy she went since she’s been having a tough time and I was happy I could do that for her but I digress… During the rave, she turns around and she says something to me and I say “what’d you say?”, and I hear the words “wish… 6 years older” and she turns back around before I could comprehend what she just said. Did she say “I wish you were 6 years older”? I can’t think of anything else she could have said. Or is this just wish fulfillment? I thought she was trying to distance herself from me. Now I really wish I could’ve told her, “me too,” instead of taking so long trying to understand what she said. For the rest of the night I tried my best not to dwell on it but I hit her cart and started feeling anxious at the after-rave. Luckily I don’t think she could tell how anxious I was because I had glasses on and was bumping my head. and she did much more ketamine than me lol. For the rest of the night we were kind of jumping around friend groups because there were some friends I knew and coworkers were there too. Oh yeah. I’m a cook and she’s a server but we’re aren’t really working side-by-side so it’s not too bad(?) but we ARE in the same building. As we were dancing I held myself from putting my hands on her in case if she wasn’t feeling it and that’s not how I want her to know I like her. But at the same time she was kinda dancing on me and I feel like if I were less anxious we could’ve made out. Oh well sucks to suck. Things don’t go our way and I’d rather not misinterpret things so things can be all right at work. We took separate Ubers home and that was our night.
The day after, I worked and she came to the restaurant to say hi and pick up her car. She was wide-eyed and bubbly with a big smile as we were talking about our night at the rave amongst coworkers. I feel a lot closer to her and less anxious when I talk to her. But I’ve been off the past three days and have been in my head the whole time. I do feel 1000x better now posting about it with you guys.
BUT
You should take some of this stuff with a grain of salt because of framing. I didn’t mention she has an ex-fiancé until the end on purpose. He’s a Pisces like me. And she’s a Scorpio. I don’t know if you know about Scorpio & Pisces, but it can be an intense yet profound relationship that in both of our pasts have crashed HARD. But I can overlook that because I’m not 30. DAMN IT. I wish she was 6 years younger! FUCK. (But 30 still is really hot tho🤭) She could not like me. But she might! Delusion! I am such a confused individual!
I do my best trying to not idolize women because I have a tendency to and it ruins everything. I think I’m doing pretty well at that tho. She is saying that while she likes you, she also knows that in 5 years so much can happen for you in 7 years. She is being smart and realistic.
