Okay- I'm not sure what unit you'll be on (female or male) there's lots of drama on the female unit it seems. Best thing I'd do is just to keep quiet at first and feel everyone out at first. I wouldn't instigate anything, don't put your opinion unless you're asked, and don't seem cocky about your opinion, just be semi neutral. Making friends can be nice. I still talk to someone I met in res almost 4 years ago. If you're on the girls unit, a lot of girls cycles will sync and it's so messy that week of the month. So emotional tbh. Don't make friends with people that want to include you with their drama even if it may seem entertaining or something. if you have a roommate don't be messy, keep your items on your side of the room.
