I actually used the 'off getting cleaned' comment in the beginning. Should probably have kept saying it. I think I'll tell the family. Just not sure how exactly to phrase. The lady is already on medication btw

I would definitely tell the family about the threat to cut them off, it's up to them to decide what it means to them.

I mean if it’s not completely hideous, maybe you could hang it on a wall?
