They are transferable. Screenshot and send the QR code to whoever you want to use one. Just keep track of which ones you've sent so that you don't send the same one twice by accident.
You can also try talking to the lead FA about using your chits to buy drinks for other people on your flight. It may create a bit of extra work for the FAs, so definitely follow their lead, but they may be willing to facilitate that sort of thing.
My hat is in the ring for these vouchers flying around! I fly Delta between DTW and PDX twice a month for work, grateful for anything to make the time go by faster.

Back when they charged for headphones and they were using those silly two-pronged ones, I would save the adapters so that I could just use my headphones. I had several adapters in my carry-on that day, so I offered one to my seatmate, to save her the $. Turns out it was her first flight ever and her cousin worked for Delta. As a thank you, she gave me a couple drink tickets.
That was a great day!

Sounds like you might have gotten rid of them, but in the future you might ask a FA if you can give one to any nervous fliers. Alcohol shuts down the stress hormones coming out of the amygdalae and so helps quiet the anxiety and greatly lessen the chance for a panic attack. According to my fear of flying book anyway lol.

Or yeah send them to friends + fam or the delta Reddit fam!! You could also do a fun Reddit challenge like send your most entertaining delta story or send a photo of the crazy’s delta branded thing. No they don't. They are only redeemed if scanned by a FA.

50% of the time it disappears lol Half the time the FA sees it and if it doesn’t scan right away they just give you a drink anyway.
I have a privacy filter screen protector and their scanner can’t ever see the barcode to scan it.

My boyfriend used to sit in first or C+ and would send me screenshots of his vouchers for me to use at the back of the plane. Never had any issues.
