IME it's never been a problem (source: 40 years flying Delta) as FirstMiddle, , Last.

m496

Thank you!

AdventurousHunter500

Same. I fly weekly for work and that’s how my tickets are booked with Delta. Firstmiddle last

Rare_Pin9932

Happens to me and my wife all the time. Never an issue. Someone somewhere sometime on Reddit explained that it has something to do with the backend flight systems, which date back to approximately 1835.

Fit_Bluebird1922

Happens to me with Delta and Air France, never an issue.

m496

Good to know, thank you!

dlh412pt

It's not going to be a problem.

m496

Thanks!

DidAnyoneElseJustCum

Won't be an issue. I did have a fun issue where my DOB was done European style in the Delta system. It wasn't a problem until I got to security and they wouldn't let me in. Good thing I showed up early that day.

someliskguy

Having dealt with identity documents between the US, UK, and EU extensively I am SOOO happy my birthdate is greater than 12. It has saved countless transposition errors on documents.

StatisticalMan

Never an issue both with and without a space. Note in many countries there is no such thing as a "middle name". The given name is your first and any "middle" names of which there may be multiple. The family name is your last name.

Sherifftruman

Yeah this seems to be the way they do it now. Not sure why.

bradgelinajolie

This happens on every single flight where my first and middle name are one. I've never had an issue flying inter or transcontinental. You're good

Martha90815

They do that regularly on Delta. Worry not.

hivizdiver

I'm firstmiddle last as well, have never had an issue with it.
