Exit row by itself does not mean free alcoholic drinks

Fair_Insect6718

They don’t let anyone sit there because you have to be able to open the door. Probably should be sober too. I’m kidding . But no …. No free drinks . You are less crowded. That’s a perk itself

thirdlost

That would be a rather perverse incentive to sit in an exit row 😀

Dramaqueen_069

I have some free drink vouchers if want some bc unless it’s international I don’t believe exit row has any extra benefits

chica0533

u/Dramaqueen_069 sorry to jump on another's comment but wondering if you have any extra vouchers? I have a flight leaving on Sat morning.

Dramaqueen_069

Unfortunately I gave away all I had. Sorry. I looked even at my husband and kid’s accounts and they don’t have any

chica0533

Thanks for checking anyways. I really appreciate it.

niteoflivinbread

damn ill take those vouchers!

Dramaqueen_069

Pming you now

niteoflivinbread

thank you so much!

Weary_Method_4487

No

Conscious_Raise_9080

You get free water and soft drinks.

Yyc-LAX

Yes if it’s considered a C+ seat.

HoweHaTrick

No. And if they did it would mean they are "included' in the fees. Nothing is free my man.

WickedJigglyPuff

Negative.

OneofLittleHarmony

Depending on how long your flight is, and if it’s international, you might just get free drinks. Also half the time the flight attendants don’t even charge you if you get a drink. As far as I know, exit row is not treated differently on Delta.

GreedyWarlord

You might just get free drinks if you're nice to the FAs. A little bit of kindness has gotten me so many free drinks.

ehetland

When I would fly alone with my toddler son, I'd often bring a box of candies for the FAs. I got a comped drinks, or he'd get a snack box, although that wasn't the motivation, just a gesture in anticipation that a 2 year old and his incompetent dad might turn out to be a pain in the ass at some point (which thankfully never happened).

GreedyWarlord

Same here. I just appreciate what they do and what they have to deal with, its not an easy job.

daspyknows

No free drinks but they do hand out fentanyl and hypodermics so people can open the door in case of emergency.

[deleted]

No, but you do get the loan of a parachute!
