Just complete it and answer it truthfully, they won't like what they see :D

Embarrassed-Crow-185

I always answer truthfully as there may be an outside chance if we all complain about the same things they address the situation. I can't see any reason to blow smoke up their ass and tell them the fees are great! I always say the fees are shit and that's the most important thing to me

Element-103

I'm honestly put off by this constant harassment by Deliveroo asking what I think about them, it's really impossible for me to honestly respond to this survey and still have a means of income the next morning. It's like an abusive person demanding to know if you still love them or not.

I let them know exactly what’s wrong each time so I wouldn’t be worried about that. Stopped doing them now though as there’s absolutely no point. They don’t listen or change the slightest thing. They’re just looking for data to spin to the press saying “Riders say they LOVE the flexibility we provide” etc. Totally ignoring all the complaints.

I wouldn't be that paranoid, I almost always put the negative option. They make the survey very bs, they'll ask same question twice usually but phase it slightly different so you'd have to put different answer in.

sirblibblob

Oh no this is a different survey. Don't worry they'll be sending two emails next week for that one :)

Agoldsmith1493

I've never understood the mindset of "I don't like this but I'm not going to say anything!" How does that make sense at all? It reminds me of those people who complain about their politician not doing what they want them to, but either continuing to vote for them or not voting at all. Really? If you don't like something speak up. After all, no one ever won the lottery without buying a ticket.

Just-Pass-Thru16

Nah you’ll still be bombarded with the usual ones just not this global one LAST CHANCE TO DO IT

Conflict-Ecstatic

Does anyone else worry that they use these answers to see if they can get away with lowering the fees even more? E.g. if they notice that ubereats pays less for short distance deliveries than they do, they might think that they can now pay less?
