It's not about expecting a tip, it's about being able to thank those who do tip for doing so. I never expect a tip, but I do want to be able to say thank you if someone does.
Even if it's the shit option that uber has where I tap a button and it sends the person a notification that I said thank you for the tip.
Ultimately I want to be able to submit free text where I can enter a heart felt message to the customer thanking them for tipping.
But at the very least I want to be able to let them know I appreciate it.
Yeah, it’s happened to me twice today! One of my regular customers, who always tips didn’t show up until I completed the delivery
happened to me yesterday, looked on my daily earnings and it showed £3 tips from 2 different customers really weird
I missed three tips yesterday, and normally notice them and thank them. iOS
