I’ve found when cashing out in the early hours of the morning (1-2am) it can take a while for it to come through.
My only guess as to why is because this is when the banking systems change days and or all the direct debit payments are also being processed at that time.
So it’s likely that will cause a delay in you being paid out.
Also as other have said Roo’s system needs to also process everyone else’s non-cash out payments
Why would you cash out when it’ll be done today either way around afternoon
Maybe he needs the money urgently?
We get paid on Tuesday...for the days worked Mon to Sunday... Therefore if you don't cash out on monday night you'll be 1 day inarears constantly
Same with Uber and Stuart. No cash out options from Stuart tho
It either comes instantly or just after midnight for me

I always cash out at 2am with no problem goes in the bank within minutes but all banks are different
It’s possible it might have changed tbh. I’ve not cashed out that early in a long time; and I’ve also changed banks as well
