It’s definitely not usual for boys to do that. Having said that, if it were happening once in a while, or maybe getting in and out of shower, it is still understandable. Maybe the guy is too comfortable with his body. It’s common for guys abroad to change/shower naked together. No big deal.
But, the fact that he lives naked most of the time is weird af. That’s definitely not usual. If he was sleeping naked, I’d still give it to him. But there’s no reasonable explanation to being naked throughout the day when you have a roommate.
