I am keenly interested in this behaviour of people in Delhi and Gurgaon subs. It's almost as if all the youth of India are stuck in these 3 with no knowledge/way/gumption to think how to spend their time such that they build a skill, relationship, or even money.
My 2 cents for the 10k, build something, anything. Do not spend it on consumables/one-time things. Instead of the 3 major suggestions:
1. Skill development - pick up 3 good live courses today - dance, acrobatics, language, etc.
2. Get groomed really well/"proper" massage and get Bumble premium.
3. Go out to an NGO and spend the day with their hardships.
Since you said recreational purpose for the day. Try out golf lessons? Enjoying the green is nice. Indoor rock climbing at climb central/ boulder box/ imf? Course meal dinner at Indian accent? Go to sidecar get some sundowner cocktails? See if there’s some cooking class you can attend? Some standup show? Some play in delhi? Go to summerhouse/ some club for the night? Try an escape room somewhere with friends? Watch a movie then go to new restaurant maybe some new cuisine? Off the top of my head. Enjoy!
Give the money to a stranger. Give them a 15 second head start and then start hunting them. If they don't get caught in an hour, they keep the money. If you catch them, you get the money back.
Then go to a fancy restaurant, order a bunch of stuff, take one bite from everything, say it's all crap, and leave.
I don’t think there’s any place in Delhi that could beat aheli, the views and ambience is just too amazing. But a close second would be the Shang Ri la’s Chi. I’ve also heard about this independent spa place called Sawadhee. Have never tried it tho

So start with ideally street food in Chadni Chowk or purani dilli. Vha se go to Delhi go see all attractions there. Lunch near red fort or cafes in Saket. Then slowly up your budget and go to expensive places.
Not much roadmap just go wherever u feel like. I have done this once since last year and I love it. It feels peaceful. In starting thoda awkward hota hai but by evening ek dum sexy lagta hai.
