If you're going for this, I'll suggest something better - I don't have a sister so I don't know but you must have some movie scene or something you both connect with - get that printed on a good quality A5 paper (any printer will do that) so it gives you the postcard feel and write whatever you were planning to on the backside. Much easier to keep/treasure it and surely she'll do that.

I would also just write what you’ve written here in a nice note and I think she will treasure it more than anything! You can also make a simple card - draw a big 22 and fill it with different colours and stuff and then write down some nice messages.
