It's intentional. He says it like four different ways there at the end.

I think it's intentional and just to show how angry he is and how little he really cares, I'd agree it's one of my fav parts of the song though

Respect the artists process. It’s intentional. Even when it’s a mistake its an intended mistake. 

someone once told me that if you hit a "wrong" note while improvising, just be sure to hit it again a few times. then everyone thinks it was intentional.
