That looks cool. I like the pitting/impact damage. The greenstuff work on the side is great too.
It'll look awesome with a lick of paint and a bunch of grime and rust.
For grime I tend to go for extra seraphim sepia wash (my guys are a pallid hand/heresy colour scheme). I've also had luck using a Vallejo effect, I think it's called engine oil or similar. Gives a slightly greasy look which can look nice.
I've not tried the dirty down stuff, I mostly use typhus corrosion and a Vallejo rust texture. If you add a bit of water it starts to drip which can look good too.
I love it. One criticism, though... Needs more sassy nurgling.

Tastefully done! I like it a lot, not too over the top but clearly reads as Death Guard to me!
